Everything was very comfortable, attentive staff, lovely views of the castle and city behind it.

Fantastic accommodation with good and marvellous location close to the city centre of Edinburgh.

I was upgraded to a heated comfort double room with great shower. Stayed here before and I will be back.

I had comfort double room which was fashionable, exceptionally comfortable bed. The location of the hotel was central, close enough to the theatres, princes street and cowgate, and plenty of cafes around.

The staff was very unhelpful.

The location of this hotel so close to a local market and several restaurants as well as township of Haymarket and the Royal Mile was great. In the evening we visited Nicholson's it was nearby. The breakfast was rich for vegetarians and the food was delightful.

Neat and budget unit on a higher level, accommodating staff. Had excellent climate control, instant coffee, and an iron.

Whole place was fairly clean with decent views; marvellous location central to many great eateries. All the staff was incredibly nice and we had a painless check in.

Luxury accommodation, the breakfast was warm, amazing location near city centre. Everything was very comfortable during our stay nevertheless disappointing aspect was very dirty bathroom. We enjoyed free soft drinks at the Irish bar.

Accommodation was reasonably spacious and silent with supper friendly staff with a member of the hotel staff. We ate at a pleasant restaurant for breakfast. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the view over the castle was decent.

Overall had very nice stay for 7 nights. The location was great, close to the bus stops to take you to all the attractions. Further, it was so close to the city centre of Edinburgh and Right near canal.

The hotel was in the central setting in city center on a main street near the train station. Besides, we were short walk to the theatres, princes street and cowgate, the main downtown area where all the sightseeing was, and all public transport including trains, trams and buses.

The location was very central, so close to downtown Edinburgh, Haymarket for the majority of the time, and great restaurants and pubs, and there were a castle and a theatre minutes from the venue.

The employees were PLEASANT and polite. The location was unbeatable and fab, right by Edinburgh, the city centre and all the local amendments, and the train station, in a fairly nice area. Also, Co-op Food was just 1 km away.

My 1 night in Edinburgh were nice. My double room was immaculate with a work desk, a multi-channel television and a seating area. A bathtub in the private bathroom was a plus. The staff were courteous and the restaurant was amazing!

I recommend the venue to friends. The venue is clean, with incredible location short walk to Scotland and a business area rather than the tourist area. The staff are welcoming, everyone. Haymarket district is worth looking into.

This is an very clean, comfortable hotel. Adjacent to the downtown, 20 minutes on foot. The morning meal was good!

The beds were comfy in our room. Located within 5 minutes' drive from royal mile.
