The twin room was recently renovated and comfortable modern. And btw there were magnificent views of the city! The staff was very attentive, offered wake up service and ironing free of charge. It was right in the heart of Edinburgh, and just close to Co-op Food.

Spotless venue and incredibly nice and amazingly kind employees. Decent sized and recently refurbished unit in the smeg fridge. Savoury and amazing breakfast, reasonably priced food. Good location of the hotel, short walk to bar / eating areas, the train station, the old town and Princes St and the center of Edinburgh. Plus, walking distance to The Assembly Rooms. No complaints whatsoever, really really nice stay for a business trip.

The location was magnificent and amazing - right in the heart of Edinburgh. We spent evenings at The Queens Arms, situated 200 metres from the hotel. The room was nicely furnished and comfortable modern for coffee machine.
Pity, but our bed was cheap also the views were bad.

The staff was attentive and best and my stay was thoroughly enjoyable, would stay here again. The service at this small hotel was exceptional. Location: the venue was just off shopping areas, the centre, and shops. It also was in the center. The room was neat, with comfortable bed and a shower, a hairdryer and dressing gowns in the bathroom.
