When I arrived the owner was lovely. I visited royal botanic garden that was so close to the hotel. Free Wi-Fi was working perfectly.

No complaints.

The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was GOOD. The location is really close to canonmills baptist church. We totally recommend this place.
