Awesome and absolutely fantastic breakfast with Scottish porridge, thanks a lot. As for me location is great, short walk to direct bus routes. Leith district deserves to be explored.

Pleasant venue, fabulous food, wonderful location near the bus stop. Budget room, a nice size, with tea/coffee etc, the bedroom, for example. Delicious and hearty breakfast and a good choice of goodies.

The place was homely and lovely welcoming and the staff were hospitable, the location was amazing in the heart of Edinburgh. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of food, everybody can choose.

Thanks for such great time here! Everything looks great. The staff are really kind and nice, we appreciated them. The room is budget and fairly quiet with view, also they can offer wake-up service. The hotel provides an excellent breakfast with poached eggs, Scottish porridge, smoked haddock.

The rooms are fairly quiet and the breakfast is incredible. There is a central heating, an iron with ironing board, and coffee/tea making equipment - that's always a plus.

The hotel location was wonderful close to Ocean Terminal. The breakfast was astonishing, incredible with poached eggs and cereals as much toast, as example.

The units are large with comfortable bed. The staff are fairly friendly and accommodating, they keep the place fairly clean.

Had 5 days in Edinburgh, spending our time here lovely. The staff were both excellent and cooperative. A wide range of food for breakfast, it was fab. This location was amazing and lovely, short walk to everything: bus routes, change, directions, taxi to take to airport, town bus stop across road, and city centre and Royal Yacht.

The bed in our room was not very comfortable.

It is undoubtedly an absolutely brilliant option when you are in Edinburgh. Rooms are budget and quiet with comfortable bed and a great shower, food is excellent.

All in all everything was excellent, had a very nice stay for a short vacation. The hotel had indeed a good and fab location near Harbour. And it was also close to Leith shore, excellent bus routes and the centre.

I had a double room included with amazing white bed linen, TV, for example. Besides, the area was peaceful, next to Victoria Park. I loved to be next to a bus station.

Room was big. Moreover, we could park our car onsite. Comfortable place for short stay.

leith and other tourist spots were not far from this hotel. all in all a great experience. a 25-minute ride to the airport. merchiston district certainly deserves to be visited.

The hotel met the criteria, I would stay here again without hesitation. Useful free parking onsite. One of the dining options, Hung Fung was 5 mins walk away:)))
