The breakfast was savoury and hearty with a huge variety of fabulous food.

The rooms were nicely furnished and brand-new, were equipped with en suite bathroom, TV, for instance. Everything was really good.

We greatly enjoyed the marvellous location near the city center in the very quite area.

The breakfast is nice hot and tasty with a wide range of food. The staff are extremely friendly and excellent and provide a friendly service. It offers unbeatable and magnificent location close to Bus Stops right by the Lodge, the bus line, and shopping centre. There is Bio Andes Cafe nearby for a cup of coffee.

Marvellous and lovely location in great area, just next door to a lovely conservatory as well as Edinburgh.

Had a fine stay for Edinburgh visit, glad I've chosen it. The staff were knowledgeable and excellent and the room was nicely decorated. I enjoyed the stay.

The bedroom was luxurious and new-fashioned. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, I also had coffee, an iron and ironing board.

The breakfast I was offered was cold, it could be better.

The superior room was brand-new, had complementary tea, an iron with ironing board, and a hair dryer.

Savoury breakfasts with gluten free toast provided and mushrooms, for example, the facilities were clean. The hotel has good and absolutely perfect location really close to Scottish buses, a taxi and central Edinburgh.

Comfortable bedroom. All in all particularly good and unbeatable setting close to super public transport links into the city, the conservatory, and the Center of Town within 30-40 minutes.

The location was particularly good and fab, near a supermarket and pharmacy and easily accessible. The staff was pleasant and the room was beautifully maintained, high-class. The breakfast with potato bread, gluten free toast plus tinned fruit was warm, had so much to choose from.

It has spotless and compact rooms with a safe box, tea and coffee, and a kettle.

The hotel was exceptionally comfortable and the food was nice. Had essentials needed in the superior room, including a microwave, tea and coffee making equipment, and fridges. The setting was particularly good and absolutely perfect and the staff were extremely friendly people in a very friendly and cheery manner. The venue was in a very quiet area, next to the centre of the city / train station and south Edinburgh.

My stay was comfortable at the weekend. The breakfast was good hot and savoury and there was variety of outstanding food. The hotel was in a marvellous location really close to Edinburgh city centre by bus, the Center of Town within 30-40 minutes, and Edinburgh and the surrounding areas. I checked out Liberton Golf Club, that was set not very far from the property.

The breakfast was hot and hearty with potato scones and tinned fruit, as example and attention to detail. No complaints, liked my real good stay and would love to return.

This was a magnificent location close to the "sites " to see open before 10:00 am, local information and transport links and the Center. Our breakfast was savoury, fantastic and reasonably priced.

The location was unbeatable and excellant, close enough to transport or shops, and the room was tastefully decorated. Also, staying within 15 minutes' walk from Tron Kirk was a big advantage. Got tasty and fantastic breakfasts with gluten free toast, standard Scottish fare, potato scones.

Nice place to stay in Edinburgh, if compared to other hotels. The food was brilliant, and the room was top-class and well-organised. The bed was comfy, best sleep ever. The location was perfect and excellent, further away from entertainment and the interior design was excellent. Also, it was 5 mins drive from Arthur's Seat hike.

The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect and magnificent, near the bus stop to the centre of town as well as transport or shops. The breakfast is hot and tasty, available with gluten free toast and standard Scottish fare and potato scones.

The units are a nice size with dressing gowns and slippers.

The total stay was fairly nice particularly at weekend. The hotel's location was incredible and brilliant, close enough to transport or shops with shops and chemist's within walking distance.

It was based in very comfortable building in an excellent location, to center of Edinburgh. Also, it was just 1 km to a well-preserved medieval castle.

New-fashioned room, it had spacious bed. I loved a convenient decor. The hotel was in a practical location, in front of the busstation to the town.

Compact room with gorgeous bathroom and exceptionally comfortable beds.

Its location within easy walking distance of Liberton Golf Club was unbeatable. The room was immaculate: exceptionally comfortable bed, remodeled bathroom.

Nothing to complain about and will be back. It has brilliant setting right on major bus lines into town. It has lots of meals to offer, the food is fresh.

The location was peaceful, not too far from a Scottish fortress. I had immaculate and neat room complete with the other 3 large lamps and lovely comfortable beds.

The location is PEACEFUL, to Princess Street. Also, its located 3 km from Cross.

This is a very clean, gorgeous hotel. The host upon arrival was friendly. The location is in a marvellous spot. The breakfast was fantastic with helpful personnel🙂

Location is perfect. Near to the airport, 15 km. It's literally walking distance to greyfriars kirkyard. Breakfast is great!
