Clean property, decent staff. Perfect setting, not far from Princes Street, bus station and a bus stop into city centre. Good service with warm cooking.

Comfy room, exceptionally comfortable bed and good size bathroom. Lovely views from the window. Friendly check in and helpful service overall.

It was in the central location in the area. Besides, it was 3 km away from a royal park.

Never had a better easter previously, everything was perfect. Spotless and budget room, it had Wi-Fi, a kitchenette area, and a kettle. There was excellent food, the staff was very, very nice. Marvellous location, a bus station was walk from the hotel. Cafés and a stadium were walk from the place.

The room was large and en suite and offered shower facilities, a hair dryer, and bath sheets, so that guests had essentials.

Reasonably priced, neat place with hard-working staff who was on shift. Generous sized units by sheets of plasterboard. Easy to get to, comfortable and handy location so close to easy walking to get groceries as well as relax close to bus station to the old Town.

The staff were courteous and pleasant, no complaints whatsoever. I was surprised with the king room. The service was helpful and the food was excellent.

I had queen room that also was complete with basic facilities, a bunk bed and sheets of plasterboard. The decor was convenient and the staff were very nice. This quiet hotel was in central location on bus route. I stayed here for an easter and would love to stay here again.

The place was clean and we loved single room. The location of the hotel was central, very close to Holyrood Palace and Arthur's Seat, and the city centre. Café Bad Tempered Baker located 1 km away was a nice surprise. Booked a room with lovely views, and the staff were excellent co-operating and decent people who was on shift.

Very good building and rooms for my needs. Stunning and beautiful location to a bus stop into city centre, and 25 min walking distance to East Sands of Leith. Based near local shops and pubs, and Edinburgh Castle area.

I really enjoyed a decent size and budget rooms with single pain glass windows, a bunk bed, for example. The food was outstanding with a huge variety of options.

The hotel was near convenient public transport, lots of busses for the city center at close reach and Edinburgh thanks to its marvellous location.
