Clean and delightful hotel units with the garden as well as HUGE bathroom. Only a 20-minute walk from the train station.

Double room was bright and the food was delicious. It had a marvellous and fantastic location just next door to the York Place tram station as well as the Highlands.

The place was relaxing and fairly clean. The rooms were large and vintage and the location was fantastic to a residential neighborhood with a wooded area across the street. I usually went to The Village to grab a bite. In the restaurant they served international cuisine dishes.

The hotel staff is caring and accommodating. The breakfast with lovely views and the porridge, for instance is savoury for what is offered.

I appreciated staying here and will be back. The rooms were immaculate and the full English breakfast was above average! The view was exceptionally good, the service was outstanding. The building itself was nice with a charming garden. Pleasant restaurant provided international dishes.

Everything was perfect, had a fine stay for a weekend. The location was central, really close to the garden, the train station and Edinburgh. New Town district was worth visiting.

Gorgeous building. The nearby restaurant, The Terrace Brasserie, was as close as 300 metres from the hotel. Located in a calm area.
