Clean perfect accommodation with excellent location close to the city center by bus and attentive staff.

All good — we liked this trendy boutique hotel — the food was brilliant and the staff were attentive.

The breakfast we ordered was sensational with served promptly and good quality ingredients and great coffee. The location was magnificent, a minute walk from Robert Dundas.

The venue is perfect and gorgeous with helpful staff. Magnificent and absolutely perfect location in front of main attractions and a bus stop.

Lovely beds, tea and coffee making facilities, and television in the room.

The rooms were fashionable & contemporary, the decoration was beautiful. Got exceptionally comfortable bed and free Wi-Fi.

The units were spotless and nice styled with nice bathroom. The location is central, just off Rosslyn Chapel, Craigmillar Castle and of course the unique Old Town of Edinburgh, the bus line and places to eat.

This was a very lovely stay for three nights. Standard double room with comfy beds, had essentials required. The location was good and lovely in the really quiet area. Besides, the property was 4 km away from Derwent Edge Peak. The staff was very helpful and we would stay here again.

Its beautifully maintained with great bathrooms. The cost is £ 96. The location is magnificent, we could see garden. The stuff are extremely friendly as well as the host.

It had great and fantastic location minutes away from Saint Mary's Cathedral. Besides, we were not far from what to see, buses to catch, restaurant suggestions, the local sights and reality and town centre.

I liked it, recommendable. Everything was perfect, the wifi was free. Every member of staff was attentive and knowledgeable. The breakfast had plenty of incredible food and drinks. The hotel was in an excellent location, in front of a bus station. Café Beetroot Sauvage located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

Boutique hotel in a very quiet area not far from central Edinburgh, public transport besides an assortment of places to eat, and the bus line. Lovely breakfast for all tastes with fruit and pastries, as for instance. Great way to end our trip.

Everything exceeded all expectations, I would stay here again. Had a perfect stay for 2 nights for my husbands birthday weekend. I had standard twin room with windows overlooking garden and good bed. The bathroom was huge, included a hairdryer and bath sheets.

This hotel met the needs in every way, would definitely recommend. Gorgeous and fantastic accommodation. Breakfast offered a wide array of options and was savoury. We truly enjoyed the bed, it was great.

it was close to a bus stop. we appreciated an amazing meal in the morning. it was really great value for money. a fantastic base for exploring edinburgh.
