Albany Hotel

The location was magnificent and unbeatable as for me, short walk to the centre of Edinburgh, the train station and Princes Street and Leith and trams. The breakfast was well-stocked with options on York St and smoked salmon and frequently replenished.

The staff was immensely pleasant, and requests were handled quickly. I got a well-stocked and nice hot breakfast with boiled eggs, pastries, options on York St.

Cheap and huge units with view of the laundry bags.

Big size and fancy room and a good size bathroom. The beds were lovely, and the location was great and handy.

Its location in Edinburgh was lovely and beautiful, just off bars and restaurants as well as bus station/shopping centre excellent value. I found Pickles offering shots and different drinks 1 km of the venue. The breakfast was well-stocked and had plenty of options.

Property was stylish, with affable staff and unbeatable location to walk into the centre quickly.

Had a REALLY REALLY NICE stay on a business trip, great value. Food was nice and I stayed in the suite, it was brand-new. The staff where amiable, the location was fantastic. There was a very convenient restaurant for breakfast in the hotel.

The place was exceptionally comfortable and fabulous for short stay. Gorgeous food for well-stocked and good hot breakfast at 10.05. Marvellous and stunning location very close to Edinburgh center, classic style building. Easy walk to Omni Centre.

Awful views.

Everything was well-maintained, polite staff, good views of overgrown and rundown garden from window. The location was great for first time visitors to Edinburgh. The area was beautiful next to the special attractions Edinburgh has to offer, good bars and eateries, and the terminal.

Functional unit on higher floors. Well-stocked and reasonable breakfasts, with boiled eggs, smoked salmon plus toast.

Greatly enjoyed every detail about my very positive 1 night stay here. The breakfast was satisfactory at 10.05, great value, and the staff was understanding.

The place was nicely decorated and had very amiable and dedicated staff at the reception desk, really enjoyed the stay. The hotel location was absolutely perfect to everything you would want to get access to in Edinburgh. Moreover, it was very close to the centre of town and the Playhouse and Edinburgh Playhouse and John Lewis store.

Overall it was modern with original decor.

The hotel was in an incredible location just off the main attraction and reasonable price, and bars and restaurants. I had outstanding food for breakfast for the option.

The breakfast was well-stocked and nice hot for what was on offer with fruit, sausage, meats.

The location is excellent and absolutely perfect in a nice quiet area, right by city Sightseeing, and new town have to offer.

Everything was perfect during 2 days, thoroughly enjoyed its particularly good and perfect location adjacent to John Lewis as well as the centre of the New Town.

Truly enjoyed the location to get to from last stop of the tram from the airport. The room was spotless and fancy and it had a separate shower and a shower, that's cool.

The rooms were bright and the location was exceptional close to the bus station. It was also merely 1 km from a parish church.

Free Wi-Fi was fast and the service was very good. I booked a suite for 2 nights and had a very good stay. Most of the staff were very amiable and dedicated. The hotel had a central location close to the old town & airport yet quiet & cute.

Considering other options in Edinburgh this one is great value. Location is unbeatable, property is overall clean and breakfast is reasonable.

It had handy location with access to Real Foods nearby.

Easy enough to find, in the heart of Edinburgh. Lots of places to visit, such as restaurants and bars near the hotel.

Location next to tourist hotspots, the Albany and main sights. Welcoming & huge unit with a bathtub.

Wi-Fi was rather slow.

Its location a 10-15 minute walking distance from Royal Mile was marvellous and decent. Everything was great and the staff were pleasant and welcoming🙂👍

it was as expected, had a quite comfortable stay on a business trip. the location was marvellous and incredible, staff were accommodating. besides, the area was great, next to a restored theatre.

Everything was simply good. Homey place with pleasant and accommodating staff at the reception desk, appreciated it. The breakfast included croissants and pastries for everyone.

The venue provided tv in the reception. The rooms were very clean.

Tbh, there was no internet access, plus wi-fi was terrible.

This hotel is equal to 4 stars. The rooms are large and the bed is comfortable. The restaurant was located within 300 feet.

Beautiful building and great location. 30 minutes drive to the airport. New Town district was worth visiting.
