The units are themed, beautifully decorated. Very good service, they provide a private parking and free Wi-Fi.

The superior room was brand-new and extremely pleasant with modern decor. Greatly enjoyed incredible and stunning location of the hotel.

Staff were excellent, atmosphere was chic, it had marvellous location next to bar / restaurant, Princes Street / George Street and all main areas of Edinburgh. Fashionable brand-new room, an iron, a kettle, and a radiator were appreciated. The service was decent, no complaint. Had opportunity to use wake up calls at no cost.

It's good value hotel with an attached restaurant. The rooms are spacious for coffees.

The staff was nice and room was airy. The location seemed marvellous to the Christmas market. Moreover, the hotel was just a short stroll away from The Real Mary King's Close.

We were there for 1 day, everything was brand-new, enjoyed its great and fab location near many local tourist attractions. Airy and huge room was enjoyable. The main bar was lively with some excellent food.

The stay certainly was good value. Unique accommodation, the breakfast was outstanding, amazing location in the downtown of Edinburgh. All of the staff were useful, knowledgeable. I truly enjoyed superior queen room. The bathroom was nice size and it had a tub and a shower for my convenience.

It is quirky place to stay, the food is outstanding, and location is amazing close to the tram stop. The superior twin room is brand-new and has a well-stocked mini bar, an ironing set, and coffee.

Quaint boutique place, it has quiet and handy location not far from the Edinburg castle as well as major attractions. The staff are responsive and the rooms are a nice size. This hotel is good value.

The location was unbeatable near everything and the staff here was very efficient. Besides, we were next to the town centre of Edinburgh, central Edinburgh and the tram for transport to-and-from the airport. The breakfast was savoury with FAB meals.

Quaint place overall, it is impeccably clean, location is amazing and lovely to Stockbridge market on Sunday. Staff is decent and you can park your car on site.

The hotel was situated in the very central location in a great locations about a 10 minute walk from the shops. And we were right by the Edinburg castle, the Christmas market and all main attractions and great eating and drinking spots.

The location of the hotel was incredible and brilliant - within walking distance of The Real Mary King's Close. We were upgraded to a compact and airy room with a double bed.

The location was marvellous: a shopping area and the Christmas market were within walking distance. The stay for one night for a business trip certainly was good value.

We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 3 nights, even so everything was perfectly fine. It had unbeatable location with access to Co-op Food nearby.

We had a real good stay at this trendy boutique hotel. Our superior queen room was decorated in the delightful design. The location was marvellous, in a great locations about a 10 minute walk from the shops, in the very very nice area. Also, it was just 1 km from Co-op Food.

Everything was fine, very good service, brilliant location near to Charlotte Square, Edinburgh, and restaurants. Plenty of food items served for satisfactory breakfast. I was upgraded to a themed superior queen room with great bar. Everyone from the staff was competent and hard-working.

The best part were the pleasant and polite staff. The airport was 0.5 km away.

Location: the hotel was short walk to the city center as well as restaurants. It also was in the Newtown area.

This was a very clean and stylish hotel. A heating system, a safe and a writing table in our standard double room were realy useful during our stay. Spent a nice evening at forage & chatter, located within short walking distance to the venue.
