Nicely decorated hotel, fairly clean and 15 km from the airport. Particularly good location for my purposes. Really lovely stay in relatively quiet area. Generous breakfast with fruit, wine plus juices and very good customer service.

The hotel is romantic, beds are exceptionally comfortable, bathroom is luxury. The location is stunning, near a large number of attractions. It's also just off the downtown of Edinburgh, good restaurants and bars, and The Palace of Holyrood House. The food is brilliant. Good service, the breakfast is varied and plentiful. Parking is not an issue, as it's next to property.

Marvellous and perfect location, it was close enough to the resturant, and The Royal Mile and castle. The staff was really polite and affable, and requests were handled quickly.

The services were exceptional, offered us great free Wi-Fi. Enjoyed our family room. The hotel was in the very central setting to where to catch busses to the zoo.

It was fairly clean, I would definitely return.

Boutique hotel in a very accessible area so close to great bars and restaurants, the centre of Edinburgh, and the castle and many great restaurants and shops. Very central location along with nice hot and rich breakfasts.

Impressive small hotel, I really enjoyed its family ambiance. This accommodation was in the very central location in the city center. Also, the property was relatively near Hanover Fine Arts.

Everything was very good, highly efficient staff made our stay perfect. The location was good - just walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go. Moreover, the hotel was a 10-15 minute walking distance from Royal Mile. The breakfast selection was generous for a soft drink with brekkie.

Impressive clean hotel with wonderful staff who made the stay a fabulous experience. Top-notch service and an in-house restaurant onsite. Good swimming pool and brilliant and awesome location near the train station and tram to the airport as well as a very historic square ‘ the Grassmarket'.

The breakfast was great and good. Booked a city queen room with double glazed windows, a kettle, and tea/coffee. This accommodation was in the very central location close to the centre of Edinburgh. Plus, Royal Mile was just a short walk away from the venue.

Really enjoyed our room, it was functional and new-fashioned. The beds with feather pillows were exceptionally comfortable.

The property was fancy and romantic with superfriendly staff at the reception desk. Its location in Edinburgh was great and lovely, near to the Castle and Royal Mile, Grassmarket that has several bars and restaurants, and the bar/restaurant. I checked out a historic fortress, that was set a 10-15 minute walk from the property.

We booked a family room, it was complete with large beds, a view of the castle, as example.

This hotel was welcome base for exploring Edinburgh, greatly enjoyed it and venue’s extremely polite and amiable staff at the reception desk.

The location was fab central to all the main attractions. And we were right by the many other cafes and restaurants, both pubs and restaurants, and center.

Although everything was very good, some of the staff were not very helpful.

Had a really nice stay for two nights, everything was perfect. The location was magnificent - short walk to an area with lots of pubs, great pubs and shops, and town centre. Besides, it was 1 km away from Grassmarket.

Marvellous and fantastic location for us, it was walk from a castle and a theatre. The restaurant was particularly good for evening meals, we ordered outstanding dishes.

The stay here was very nice for 4 nights. Comforts of master queen suite were fabulous - a Nespresso machine, a balcony, and an iron. I enjoyed the castle view from my room. The location was very central, incredible so near everything. It was also near to Close to all attractions, Very close to Edinburgh Castle and delicious and historical restaurants.

Overall it was well-organised with comfortable bed.

Shame the bathroom was a little small.

The breakfast was gorgeous and great except for fried egg, good priced. Its location was brilliant and awesome, just next door to restaurants and pubs and the town shops and sights all in walking distance, the historic attractions of the Old City and good bars.

All in all they offer exceptional service. The units are elegant, fairly quiet with very comfortable super-king bed.

The service at this low-budget hotel was excellent. The venue had a central position just off Edinburgh and Grassmarket. We stayed for 1 night here, loved Old Town district. The staff was smart, provided an early check-in and a late check-out. Had delicious breakfasts for a soft drink with brekkie.

The location was stunning, and we could reach Greyfriars Kirk by walking. The service was excellent, the food was fab!

Its location was marvellous in Old Town.

Make sure to get master suite with a shower, both a bathtub plus massive beds tea.

Views are much to be desired.

We had a great time in this classy hotel in Edinburgh. Our family room was elegant, compact. The view was excellent, the service was exceptional. The overall atmosphere was family, perfect for what we wanted. The in-house restaurant served lots of splendid food.

The pool area is good too. Exceptional service, impressive family room with a proper walk in shower and a spacious bathroom plus separate bath. Family atmosphere and brilliant location right by museum of Scotland as well as the castle.

Its location not too far from a Leith street was marvellous. The staff was great, offered wake up service and ironing free of charge👌

My stay was just perfect for a business trip. It had very central location close to New Town. Everyone was efficient. There was a nice pool on site too.

It is good priced. Obliging staff, excellent views of the castle, everything is great. Offers exceptional service and well presented food. They have pizza bar, reasonably priced parking and good pool.

We came here for exploring the city and would like to stay longer. Modern room, friendly staff, ideal location and private parking. Moreover, we could park our car on site.

Hotel’s position next to edinburgh old town and easy connection to palace of holyroodhouse. The building was lovely. We loved apex city. Definitely would return anytime.
