The hotel had a central position adjacent to all the shops and many restaurants as well as nightclub and late bar. Throughout the day staff were top-class.

We stay in queen studio quite often, it is spotless and compact. The location is marvellous and fab to Waverly station.

Place was fairly clean and perfect. The location was very central, great for a gallery and a castle located next to the hotel. It was set next to restaurants and a zoo. The room was new-fashioned, the bed was exceptionally comfortable and there was the best bathroom. The stuff made our stay really comfortable - they are polite and pleasant people.

Airy and spotless rooms come with all the facilities, laundry, as example.

We had the studio and it was brand-new and complete with a bath and a very large bathroom. We greatly enjoyed the wine bar.

The stay here was incredible for another two nights. We were in a marvellous location just off Edinburgh Castle and all surrounding locations in 15 minutes, many attractions and a wide range of cafes and restaurants and the shops and bars. New Town district was worth staying in.

I had really great days staying at this boutique hotel. The place was clean, I booked the studio apartment with roof top views, everything was perfect. All the staff were good. The meals in a family restaurant were appetising.

Apartment had upgrades, it was airy and compact. The facilities were excellent and easy to use.
