The restaurant was good and the food was lovely. They gave me a brilliant and fantastic room with a kettle, a wonderful view of Arthur's Seat, as for instance. The location was marvellous and pleasant - walking distance to everywhere I wanted to go.

Deluxe quadruple room is modern, has a clean bathroom. The breakfast options are hot and sensational with scrambled egg.

The deluxe quadruple room was tastefully decorated and compact with television as well as a wonderful modem bathroom. The location was perfect very close to the center and the staff here was exceptionally friendly and excellent.

The staff we met were not very helpful.

Everything was beautiful as expected. The full Scottish breakfast had plenty of options for all tastes. The room was really recently refurbished and reasonably large, extremely comfy beds. The location was good, on the other site is a good Indian restaurant with excellent food and the interior design was nice.

The guest room is brand-new with a kettle for tea, private bathroom plus a great breakfast. It has absolutely perfect location near princes street and Waverley station.

The units are clean and very sweet with lovely big windows. The personnel is brilliant and amazing. The location is pleasant and awesome and walking distance to a chapel and a castle. Easy access to cafes and restaurants which are walking distance to the hotel.

We liked guest room provided with television and coffee plus private bathroom. The location was absolutely perfect and beautiful there, near center.

Room was newly remodelled and large the food was fabulous, 4 stars. Amazing service, though a few employees were not so helpful. It was in a central location, to several attractions of Edinburgh.

The location is awesome and brilliant and the staff are kind. It's ideal with lovely beds and EXCELLENT views. All in all they offer nice service.

We stayed for weekend and will definitely visit place next time.

Make sure you stay in the suite with the view of the garden.

Marvellous and stunning location with good restaurant nearby. Very easy to get from Edinburgh airport, just 25 km. Good sized room with a view over garden. Brilliant food for a full Scottish breakfast.

All in all particularly good location, not far from many bus lines as well as several buses. Besides, easy access to St Marks Unitarian Church.

The full Scottish breakfast had lots of food. We enjoyed the room, it was stylish. The location was magnificent and decent for exploring this really quiet area, next to supermarket, the city center and restaurants.

There were exceptionally comfortable beds and an electric kettle, central heating and an iron with ironing board inside the room. Besides, the location was marvellous for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of a Thistle chapel.

The place is homely and stylish. The restaurant attached makes excellent food.

Really had very nice stay for 2 nights. Airy and spotless units with good showers and a lovely view plus TV. Marvellous and decent location, a short walk to everywhere. Based in a safe area.

Everything was perfect and the view was pleasant. One of the advantages - neat and bright rooms; they included a roll in shower, a hair dryer and bath sheets.

Its location walking distance to cafes and restaurants was brilliant and decent. We loved the property and would stay here again.

Its location a minute walk from St Marks Unitarian Church was perfect. The hotel was in a very quiet area. In general, I loved nice design and my spotless and airy room.

This hotel was on a noisy street.

Great value, lovely location and staff. We really enjoyed the amenities, such as an iron, a work desk and multi-channel television. We dined out at Kwok Restaurant, set a short way from the hotel. Moreover, it had parking nearby.
