Gorgeous impeccably clean property, it has fabulously helpful and attentive staff from a different staff member. This place is in a perfect location very close to the sights.

The location was marvellous and particularly good, right by Edinburgh Castle, Dynamic Earth, Scottish Parliament and National Museum of Scotland, and the Scottish Parliament and easily accessible. Again, the hotel was a 10-15 minute walk from Omni Centre. There was a wide array of affordable meals.

The bedroom was nicely furnished and air-conditioned. The location was perfect, close to a palace and a main street. The service was good, the food was fantastic.

The service was excellent and the location was strategic. The airport was 15 km away.

The staff we met were rather indifferent.

I booked a well-kept room with a toaster and a closet space. It was overlooking street the view was great.

The location is reasonable, just off the nearby Tesco grocery store, tourist spots and Edinburgh Castle, Dynamic Earth, Scottish Parliament and National Museum of Scotland, we greatly enjoyed it. Don't forget to explore Old Town district.

The twin room was silent, it had a lounge area, blackout drapes, and a toaster.

Everything looks wonderful. It's spacious with clean bathrooms.

The hotel's position was reasonable, just off the train station. Also, Royal Mile was only 1 km away.

Blackout drapes and a toaster - basic facilities we needed in a well-kept and nicely furnished room. Had comfortable bed with the street view. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and everything was very good.

The location was marvellous and particularly good, close to the Holyrood park, and the bed exceptionally comfortable. Furthermore, the hotel was just a short walk away from The Cavern Club. The room was reasonably spacious, it had a tub and a shower.

Reasonable location with incredible views and really close to many sights and near to great cafes and restaurants, bottom of Royal Mile and the nearby Tesco grocery store.

The location was marvellous and stunning, close to a grocery store, and my bed was exceptionally comfortable. My room was silent with street views and a traditional breakfast.

I loved to be here, everything was wonderful. Wonderful very central location right by Close to attractions, other interesting sites and city centre and Princes Street. I checked out a long-standing tower, that was set relatively near the property.

Overall had brilliant stay of 4 nights. The staff were fabulously helpful, secure and strategic location close to the center of city. Came to visit The Real Mary King's Close, based not too far away from the hotel.

Unbeatable location for everything I needed and adjacent to good cafes and restaurants and transport and Royal Mile. Quick breakfast selection with portions of cornflakes, cheese plus yoghurt.

Quiet and wonderful place with courteous staff. Affordable and fresh food. Marvellous and particularly good setting in the really quiet area, near to the Train Station, bars, restaurants and shops, Royal Mile and all the attractions of central Edinburgh, and the Christmas markets. Plus, walking distance to People's Story Museum.

Pretty standard place, competent staff at the reception desk. Stocked, a nice size room with a separate bathroom and a tub and a shower.

Every detail was wonderful and I appreciated it. All the employees were courteous and understanding. The location of the hotel was wonderful, right in the city centre.

So glad we chose it, spent 2 lovely days here. The breakfast was quick with corn flakes, yoghurt plus instant coffee, and the restaurant's offer was brilliant.

Central location really close to walking and the center of town, it was in a very very nice area. Moreover, I could reach an interactive science museum by walking. I did not want to leave and would book here again.

Thanks for a very lovely stay, recommend. It is a relaxing property located in Old Town district very close to the Scottish Parliament, the train station and the tram service close to the golden mile and shops and Holyrood Park and the Royal Mile/High Street. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable. There is a lot of fantastic food for breakfast.

I totally recommend it as I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. The venue is big size and impeccably clean with a fair value and extremely helpful staff.

Location - wonderful, short walk to main areas, and the cafes, restaurants, and the grocery store. Again, not far from an official residence.

Beds were very firm.

The hotel was in a marvellous and particularly good location near to station, a Tesco Express 2 minutes away for supplies, and Edinburgh September 2015. We got a twin room which was silent.

My stay here was comfortable. This place was wonderful and the staff was courteous. A microwave, an electric kettle, and a dishwasher in my twin room were a very thoughtful addition. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, big bath worked well. Its service was excellent. The location was marvellous, in centre of Edinburgh and overlooking street.

The room was well-equipped with 2 single beds, besides it had wake-up service, just in case.

Pity, but the views appeared to be very very bad and the beds were a little small.

Marvellous position next to the Scottish parliament, in the really quiet area. Besides, very convenient to Canongate Kirk Street. Silent twin room with 2 single beds.

The hotel was in a handy position short walk to the Royal Mile, Holyrood Park and Edinburgh. Moreover, the vicinity of Museum of Childhood was a plus: )

The property was extremely comfy and good standard with fabulously helpful staff at the reception desk. The hotel was set in a central area next to Holyrood Palace and park, and the Old Town and view at Arthur's Seat. Also, the place was at a moderate distance from an official residence.

Its location in Edinburgh was marvellous, close enough to Holyrood, the golden mile, and a supermarket. The food was incredible, with lots of options.

The setting was difficult to find.

We had a spotless room with street view. And there were comfortable beds. The hotel was in a central location in a quiet part of the city.

It's nestled in a neat building with marvellous and incredible location near a grocery store.

Plus, the location is reasonable, minutes from an interactive science museum.

Standard double room with a comfortable bed, had essentials required. My room included a refrigerator, an oven and kitchenware.

The staff were poor, didn't expect that coming.

the total stay was enjoyable for 4 nights. everything was very good, though a few employees were poor. the standard double room i got was included with a sofa & a bath very huge place for 2 person, the kitchen, for example. the location was fab, for example, co-op food was relatively close to the hotel. also, the area was good.

Had great stay of our holiday. The location was perfect and stunning, close to The Scottish Parliament. Further, it was just next door to the center as well as restaurants.

The location was very central, STUNNING in old town. It was also short walk to the center of town and the gym group Edinburgh city, Edinburgh and the castle.

Twin room was silent and the food was freshly made. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, view over street was excellent! The hotel had a very central position so close to Palace of Holyroodhouse and Arthur's Seat, Arthurs Seat and Edinburgh in future. We stayed for 3 nights here, loved Old Town district.

The hotel's position was marvellous and decent, near to main tourist attractions. What's more, it was right by Canongate as well as Royal Mile.

The most important - marvellous location in a quiet part of the city. Easy check-in, parking on-site.

Poor staff!

We could park onsite. It was in a prime location in old town.

Everything there were great, including excellent facilities. Easy location walking distance to restaurants and pubs. Found in a fairly nice area, walking distance to a castle and a palace. Great restaurant.

We got apartment, which was airy. Separate bathrooms, that included big bath. It was based in neat building in an incredible and decent location, in center of Edinburgh. Old Town district was worth visiting.

There were a microwave, an electric kettle and a refrigerator in the fantastic room. It was absolutely fantastic and had kitchenette...

We were in a particularly good location not too far from a combined museum. Loved to hang out in the centre, it's at a moderate distance from the hotel.

Excellent facilities and location, as advertised. A kitchen was a nice surprise. Truly enjoyed Cafe Vivo, it was just next door to the hotel and offered nice treats...

There is stain in some places.

We had 2 nights in Edinburgh, spend our time here amazingly. Bathroom was tiled and it had hairdryers, bath sheets and towels for our convenience. Not to mention free Wi-Fi.

We had a great stay overall, do recommend. Helpful staff. The location was good there.

staff was friendly, it was a bonus. fantastic touristic attractions like national museum of scotland were next to this place. location was great, just 0.4 miles to old town.
