It was reasonably clean with superbly friendly staff. We had a separate bedroom.

We booked a brand-new room with the art, the coffee machine plus a very nice bathroom. The staff were genuinely helpful and competent and the location was magnificent very close to the center.

We liked sleeping 3 nights in this hotel. Competent staff and the place was exceptionally clean. The airport was 0.5 km away from here, decent and ideal location. Moreover, the area was central.

The room we had included an electric kettle, a microwave, and air conditioner. It was spotless and easy to move around, private bathroom.

They gave us nicely furnished apartment with good amenities.

Everything is good, really enjoyed my time here. It has amazing restaurant and magnificent and perfect location in New Town. The rooms are well-appointed and new-fashioned and the staff is reasonably good. The price is just right - £ 80.

It was an original building, the rooms were great-sized and well furnished. The location was particularly good for exploring this very quiet area, close enough to all the top restaurants, and the city centre. Also, the hotel was set relatively close to National Football Museum.

The hotel's position was perfect near restaurants and bars. Also, it was in a central area, not too far from Albert Square.

It was overall clean with excellent and efficient staff at all times. The location of this hotel near the shops and restaurants and Main tourist centre was fantastic and stunning. Besides, The Assembly Rooms was easy to get to.

The venue was in a very central location adjacent to restaurants and pubs, a quiet area of the city and the Botanical gardens, national museum and art gallery. The room was spotless and had private bathroom plus a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge.

It was an original and perfect hotel, nothing too much trouble, recommend. Central location just next door to the private gardens on Queen Street as well as quiet area, it was in a quiet area. We tried some restaurants, including Las Iguanas which boasted an amazing cuisine.

When I am in Edinburgh, I like staying here. Its location is decent right by Native Edinburgh as well as Main tourist centre. Also, it is a 10-15 minute walking distance from a historic fortress.

Every time in Edinburgh, I choose this place. The place is lovely welcoming and perfectly clean, everything is great, it should have higher than 4 star rating. The location is excellent and fantastic, it's just off main shopping area, many bars and restaurants and sights, and the shops and restaurants of George Street.

Sincerely, it was a real good stay for the price. The location was perfect, just next door to Edinburgh for a long weekend, Main tourist centre, and the castle and easily accessible. Restaurant Cafe Andaluz located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

Studio had everything you could need. New Town district was worth visiting.
