The room I booked was beautiful and tidy, complete with a TV, coffee, a large shower. Great facilities, everything you could wish for. The staff was amicable and helpful all the time.

That was excellent hotel set in nice area. The double room I got was complete with TV, lovely decor, safe. The lovely staff accommodated all the needs I came here for 2 nights and had a fantastic stay.

The location was best possible and comfortable, right in the heart of the city, convenient to go everywhere. Also, Museum of Liverpool was 2 km away from the hotel.

Loved our good value for money rooms, plus the staff was very very helpful. The venue was in a central location just next door to the hike, the old town of Edinburgh and The Royal Mile & the attractions of Edinburgh. Also, it was 4 km from Longford Pump.

We were in an unbeatable location not too far away from St Johns Market.

We truly enjoyed rooms with necessary facilities. The location was marvellous and brilliant close to everything. Also, the hotel was set a 10-15 minute walking distance from Queen's Hall.

Their rooms are always a nice size and extremely pleasant with lovely decor, clean towels and a very modern bathroom. Particularly good location really close to Edinburgh has to offer, Royal Mile and all Royal Mile sights and the train station, it's very central. Don't forget to explore Old Town district.

Unbeatable location, it's set really close to the Royal Mile and the surrounding area, many attractions, a private entrance area which was nice too and castle and grass.

Thank you for a very relaxing stay. Impressive spotless rooms, they are provided with tea as well as a very modern bathroom. The location is brilliant, not far from Royal Mile, the attractions of Edinburgh and the castle and many of Edinburgh's closes, we thoroughly enjoyed it. A great bar does the trick.

We were there for 2 days, everything was very good, loved its magnificent location near to Edinburgh, Royal Mile and the center of the new town. The room there was new-fashioned and the bed was lovely. Courtyard view was a bonus.

the bonus was convenient room decor and cosy bar. they had an early check-in. the location was incredible and brilliant and minutes from a train station. besides, it was at a medium distance from downtown, that worked for us.

By and large, it was decent base for sightseeing in Edinburgh, had much fun. Such accommodating staff;)))

Plenty of extra supplies: heating and a personal safe. When I arrived the owner was great! For evening drinks visit Bertie's Restaurant & Bar, it is located within 5 minutes by foot. It was an amazing experience.
