Helpful staff with good manner and the location was beautiful close to city centre. I stayed here for 3 days and will be back.

An apartment with a great view, I had requested this in advance.

The location was perfect, 15 km to Edinburgh airport, perfectly reachable.

Comforts of reasonably spacious apartment with views to the firth overlooking the rooftops were fabulous. The room had iron/ironing board, coffee/tea makers, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures.

Everything was exceptional, the parking was on-site, the room was reasonably spacious. Most of the staffs were fast and nice. The bus stop was 15 minutes’ walk away. Had a great stay here.

I got spacious room with kitchen. The bed was soft and there was free Wi-Fi.

The venue's position was very central. The staff were amiable and knowledgeable, a real pleasure to deal with.

Our hotel is set in a very central location near Close to the waverly train station, shopping area and very comfortable. You won't be disappointed if you stay in New Town district.

The venue was in a very central location near most of the central attractions as well as Edinburgh's top sites. Explored a standing tower, that is located at a walking distance from the hotel. The room was excellent and with soft beds.

The room was well-equipped and good, had comfy and included a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a dishwasher. It also had kitchen. The location in a shopping area was unbeatable and there were the Christmas market and a market nearby. Plus, main attraction such as a Hyde park was 4 km from this hotel.

The hotel was really close to tram stop, local shops & restaurants and the Old Town thanks to its marvellous location. The beds were very comfy, the room was big with views to the firth overlooking the rooftops. The staff were helpful and affable.

Appreciated a living room, a kitchen, and a storage in the room. The location was unbeatable and incredible, right in the centre of everything and the interior design was modern. I had coffee at new town deli, located within 5 minutes walk.

The rooms are good with extremely comfy beds, and the staff are knowledgeable! The cost is £ 72. It has amazing, incredible setting, really close to the centre, and Waverly train station. Don't forget to explore New Town district.

In a hotel like this - stain is unacceptable.

The location was marvellous and brilliant for me, close to city centre. The staff was fast, the bathroom was nice.

The location it has close enough to Waverly train station and the bus station, the city centre and major sights including the castle and transport links is great. The place where you can eat a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel is Karen's Unicorn.

There is stain in some places.

The hotel met requirements, I will certainly stay here again. Liked the way my suite with views to the firth overlooking the rooftops was arranged. All of the staff members were knowledgeable and pleasant. This accommodation was in the central location close to everything local.

It was in the very central location close to everything local. Besides, it was just off the central attractions, Close to good restaurants and the castle and most of the central attractions.

The unit we got was big with the bedroom, a full sunset, for instance. A microwave oven, an electric kettle and a dishwasher were a plus. The staff was consistently courteous, helpful, and responded promptly to requests.

the staff was pleasant, i stayed for 3 nights. there were exceptionally comfortable beds and an iron/ironing board, tea/coffee making equipment and a flat-screen tv with cable channels in the apartment. there was a bath, a plus for me.

A dishwasher, a fridge and an electric kettle inside the suite were handy. We enjoyed having a bathtub. The hotel had a very central location and it was minutes away from George Street.

Extremely comfy beds and great views. In a very central location with restaurants and bars walking distance to the hotel. And 15 mins walk to a historic fortress.

Excellent location with garden. We were given a deluxe queen suite upon arrival...

The bed was very firm.

It was worth its 3 stars. Booked deluxe studio with an iron, multi-channel TV and a dining area.

The hotel was easy walk to edinburgh castle. The kitchen was included. We greatly enjoyed the EXCEPTIONAL view.

National museum of scotland is easily reachable, situated just 1 km away. Princes Street is a district that deserves exploring:)))
