Extremely comfy beds and huge and neat room.

The venue was incredibly beautiful, I thoroughly enjoyed the stay and the location was ideal not far from Centre of Edinburgh and different attractions. My room was reasonably spacious and the bed was extremely comfy. The personnel was very welcoming and pleasant, and the host too. The breakfast had a wide array of coffee, tea, toast, cereals, and eggs. I had a very relaxing time.

The room they gave us was brilliant and quiet with tea/coffee making facilities, comfortable beds, as example.

Everything was great and met required needs. The hotel was clean with welcoming stuff members. The location was great, for example, Cameron Toll Shopping Centre was at a medium distance from the property.

The stay here was wonderful which was disruptive at night. The breakfast had a wide array of options, including coffee, tea, toast, cereals, and eggs. We were in a marvellous and perfect location really close to centre of the city and supermarket. Moreover, there was a lake within 35 mins walk from the hotel.

Had standard double room with private bathroom. Perfect and nice location and good facilities.

I had a classic triple room included with internet, a TV, tea/coffee making facilities. The location was particularly good - an easy walk to everywhere I wanted to go.

The total stay was excellent which was disruptive at night. The location was great, relatively near St Anthony's Chapel. Plus, it was just off Royal Mile, city center and the bus stop.

The personnel was pleasant and the rooms were fairly quiet. Perfect and lovely location very close to the city centre, met expectation. I found Leslies Bar offering shots and different drinks 1 km of the venue.

Really enjoyed my fairly nice stay which was disruptive at night. Everyone was pleasant and the room was reasonably spacious and huge. They offered me coffee, tea, toast, cereal and eggs in the morning. Its location was great and perfect still close to city center served by multiple bus lines. Easily reached Kwok Restaurant, located at a walking distance from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

Everything is good here, had a fairly nice stay which was disruptive at night. It has ideal, decent setting, very close to frequent buses and a good local transport system, Calton Hill, and the town centre. There's cool Beetroot Sauvage just a short stroll away from the hotel, make desserts etc. Spacious and huge rooms complete with shared bath, heating, for instance. The staff are very welcoming, and the host too. You can have coffee, tea, toast, cereal, and eggs for breakfast.

Everything was perfect, had a pleasant stay which was disruptive at night. The standard queen room was neat and brand-new. The staff were excellent and location was ideal and nice. The food in the restaurant was good and the restaurant was nice.

The location was marvellous, 15 min walk from bus station. Had good sleep at the classic triple room with a private bathroom, comfy beds for all, for example.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

Quiet rooms with private toilet, unbeatable location.

The location it offers is peaceful and decent, next to the town centre, and multiple bus lines. The staff are especially helpful and attentive, we really enjoyed them.

The units are huge, absolutely fantastic with comfy beds for all. There is a good choice of supplies like : an electric kettle, an iron and a work desk.

The location was good very close to the city centre. The standard queen room was huge and the bed was very comfy. The staff were amiable and super-friendly, overall. Have stayed here many times and would definitely return.

All is great, I had a nice weekend. You can have eggs and toast with your breakfast if you want to. The hotel is in an incredible location by multiple bus lines. Plus, it's in Newington district, close to residential area and pubs.
