Had great and decent location close to the sights, minutes from a 1st ever fully licensed distillery. The twin/double room was spacious with very comfy beds.

The rooms are functional and good sized and complete with a large recently refurbished bathroom-with bath. The hotel provides an excellent service.

Welcoming staff and everything was perfect. The best part of our nice stay was the large and savoury breakfast with jam, Olive plus porridge.

We thoroughly enjoyed the convenience of the double room available with very comfortable beds as well as clean bathroom en suite.

The breakfast is very good with ordered eggs, had different food. The location of the venue is great, very close to most tourist attractions. Newington district deserves your attention.

Good bed in twin room with an ironing set, coffee and tea making facilities, and a work desk. Nothing too much trouble, really really nice stay on the first floor.

Honestly, it's a charming small place to stay. The rooms are new-fashioned and neat, have luxurious bathroom. Tasty breakfast with cooked-to-order food and orange juice, as example, the staff is exceptionally pleasant.

It was in the very central location in a residential neighborhood south of Old Town. Further, it was adjacent to historical center of Edinburgh, Holyrood Palace and the local shopping mall.

The restaurant here was good at a decent price, we both ordered hot dishes. The bed was lovely and a work desk, multi-channel TV, and ironing facilities were a bonus.

It was near Prestonfield Golf Club, really enjoyed its location to a bus stop.

The breakfasts were fresh made with orange juice, ordered eggs and fruit and the staff were very attentive, did not rush us.

The location to the citycenter of Edinburgh was great and lovely.

We ate in the good restaurant at a decent price which was reasonably priced. We liked the nice decor.

Pleasant characterful place, it has marvellous and lovely location just off frequent buses running into city centre, local eateries and entertainment and the bus stops.

No complains at all, I really enjoyed the weekend. The property was clean with welcoming and pleasant staff. The food was fantastic with variety of alternatives.

Comfortable rooms, tasty and excellent breakfast. Stunning view to mountain. Incredible location, within short walking distance to Priestfield Parish Church. Based just next door to a quiet neighbourhood, Edinburgh and yet close to the centre.

We couldn't recommend more this place and would go back in flash. Thank you guys for a wonderful stay on short business trip. Their breakfast option with jam, sausages plus fruit is fresh and savoury, put others we have been to shame!

The location was peaceful, not too far away from St Marks Unitarian Church. Besides, it was very close to transport links, and the Royal Mile.

The location was unbeatable and exceptionally nice, near a bus station. The breakfasts were fresh made and large with yogurt and porridge, for example and all the staff was amiable!

The service at the lounge area is excellent.

Whole place was fairly clean with absolutely stunning views; magnificent and peaceful location in a nice quiet neighborhood. Location: the hotel was close enough to central Edinburgh, the centre, Hollyrood park. Popped in The Salisbury Arms for shots before sleep, it was relatively close to the venue.

The location was brilliant, close to Prestonfield Golf Club. You could walk to shops and chemist's. We all enjoyed welcoming and huge room with a lovely comfortable King size bed, a modern bathroom, as example.

The unit we got was spotless and airy with a bathroom and Prosecco plus bath & shower.

Friendly personnel, FRESHLY MADE food and drinks. Room was excellent value for money. It was worth its 4 stars.
