Good location so close to attractions the city bus link as well as Haymarket train station and tram service, it's central.

Clean hotel, I truly enjoyed nice staff. The breakfast was good, all meals were fresh! Impeccably clean and practical room with good facilities, everything was great. The location turned out to be marvellous.

Incredible location just off nice restaurants, pubs & direct trams to the airport, short walk, shops nearby, and centre and very competent and attentive staff. A lot of satisfactory breakfast items to choose from. Exceptional services, the private parking was available on street.

Pleasant place, fairly clean, great value. Classic twin room in bedroom 4. Efficient people working here. Good and fantastic spot near to a taxi to the Bus station, the centre, and the Bus station. Fab and fresh food, excellent service.

It was in a convenient and handy location very close to the busstation. Also, Harmondsworth Moor was 4 km away.

The location was good and incredible as for me, right by bus line and the Royal Mile, Murrayfield where Scotland won the rugby and public transport. Plus, main attraction such as a long-standing tower was 3 km from this hotel. I enjoyed the room with a super comfy double bed. Tea and coffee making facilities, a work desk, and television were appreciated.

Everything is fairly clean and very comfortable. Efficient staff and satisfactory breakfast with a wide array of options. Ideal, comfortable location easy to get to from train station. Fine stay on a Saturday night.

Overall had really really nice stay during our visit. Enjoyed the classic twin room with three other bedrooms, wouldn't mind staying there all day. The hotel was in a central location in the centre of town.

I thoroughly enjoyed the fresh food. The classic double room was practical and functional with a shared bathroom. The location was great, close enough to ther Diggers pub and 'real' old Edinburgh, Haymarket train station and tram service and surrounding area and easily accessible.

The setting is incredible, it's just off Haymarket where there is plenty of nice restaurants, attractions the city bus link and also train, mono rail and the airport and st all buses. The staff are excellent and efficient as well as the host.

The food was fabulous. I got twin room for 1 night with the bathroom, TV, for example, appreciated it.

The breakfast had variety of selection, the food was fabulous. The location for Edinburgh was ideal and excellent, really close to Murrayfield Stadium, which lies less than 20 minutes on foot away and the New Town. Besides, the property was 3 km away from a combined museum.

The location in a nice quiet area was ideal and there were a market and shops nearby. The airport was 15 km away.

The stay here was very nice during our visit. The beds were comfortable and the classic twin room itself was airy and brand-new. The location offered was good and perfect just off train station, casino, and surrounding area. West End district was worth staying in.

Appreciated this great value and beautifully decorated hotel, easy to find. Our room was good value for money and nice cosy with a super comfy double bed, just what was needed. The location of this property short walk to bus stops and great price, and Christmas markets was convenient. Also, it was 15 mins drive from a historic fortress. The downstairs bar was a delightful surprise.

It is hard to find a well priced very good budget hotel that has a central location and airy and charming old rooms. The excellent bathroom is absolutely the best.

So glad we choose it, it's comfortable place for staying in Edinburgh. The beds are comfy. We loved this property and recommend it.

we loved hotel's rooms and service. besides, it has a free parking and free wi fi. there's a good choice of restaurants to choose from, like guru, set within 10 minutes walk or so.
