Caring staff, functional room, in general I really enjoyed this quirky hotel. Booked a room with garden view. It was in a particularly good location, close to a bus station. Also, I had easy access to The Queen's Club.

The location was excellent and unbeatable, short walk to the stadium, Haymarket train station, bus stop and tram stop and Edinburgh by plane or train and easily accessible. The breakfast was included. The staff were attentive, provided us with helpful services.

It offers incredibly comfortable rooms with a newer decor and Wi-Fi. The location is beautiful and right next to a bus stop.

Nicely equipped rooms, caring staff, our stay was very lovely here. Wi-Fi was free and the service was friendly. Besides, we parked the car on-site. This was a magnificent location adjacent to Edinburgh, Edinburgh Festival activities and buses. There was Jaipur of India near the hotel.

I would definitely book again, enjoyed its location.

The property was beautiful old and we had a relaxing stay. The staff was very diligent and attentive and provided helpful service. The double room was functional and the bed was very comfy. The breakfast was delicious and great, a great selection of excellent food. Our location was marvellous and incredible, close to a bus station. Also, it was within a 25-minute walk from a combined museum.

Disappointing aspect was very small bathroom.

It has magnificent, beautiful setting, really close to the Castle, Haymarket railway station, and the bus stop to the airport.

Spotless room and absolutely clean bathroom with shower facilities, a hair dryer, and bath sheets. Magnificent setting, just off the centre of Edinburgh-walking distance, public transport and convenient walk.

The hotel is fairly clean, has views on a neighbouring castle. It boasts marvellous location very close to Haymarket train station, bus stop and tram stop, a neighbouring castle, and bus stops. Haymarket district definitely deserves exploring.

The hotel had a very central location in the centre. They gave us a family king room with 3 single beds for 3 adults and tea coffee plus large bedrooms.

The venue is interesting and beautifully kept with caring staff. The location is excellent in a beautiful area, so close to Ashgrove House, the city center and the bus line. All in all they offer helpful service.

And it's nestled in an interesting building close enough to the city centre and the zoo breakfast, public transport, and Ashgrove House from the Wester Coates stop.

Was a perfect base for weekend. Had 6 days in Edinburgh, spending our time here lovely. The location was marvellous and perfect as it was walk from a tram station. Also, the area was beautiful.

Clean place, staff was obliging. The breakfast was delicious and great, they make a wide range of meals. It was a great and brilliant location not far from Murrayfield Stadium, tourist attractions and the train station and buses. Also, it was 20 mins walk from Royal Mile.

Great and unbeatable location quite close to the old town, Victorian style building. Again, not far from Saint Mary's Cathedral.

We loved the comforts of this low-budget hotel. Magnificent and unbeatable location in the capital by 'plane as the 100 Bus stops over the road, met requests.

I took a double room with a shared bath, biscuits and 3 single beds. I thoroughly enjoyed that this hotel offered wake-up service.

I stayed here 3 nights and greatly enjoyed it. The staff were attentive and helpful, and the free parking was available. The room I had was good sized and functional with large bedrooms as well as 3 single beds for 3 adults. The hotel was in a very central setting by walk to castle. Cafe Sandwich Culture located 1 km away was a nice surprise. Thanks to a helpful service I had a pleasant stay. Actually everything was good, my next choice again in Edinburgh.

The location couldn't be more great in a beautiful neighborhood. We ordered lunch at Hau Han, located minutes from the venue. Stayed in en suite family room with bathroom, hair dryer, for example.

The location was marvellous for exploring this beautiful area, near Edinburgh and cheaper than other Edinburgh properties and city centre. In a hurry we visited Veloce nearby.

It's an interesting small hotel nestled in a Victorian style building. Our property is set in a very central location adjacent to the airport, city centre and Haymarket railway station in the west end of Edinburgh. The rooms are spotless and they have a work desk, tea/coffee making equipment and a TV.

My family room had modern conveniences, including a work desk, tea/coffee making equipment and a TV. Delicious breakfast by pleasant waitress was a nice touch.

The location is easy, 2 km from Royal Mile. The room is neat and immaculate, comes with bathroom, a newer decor, as for instance. Guests have all their needs satisfied by the welcoming staff. Thanks for the stay - can't wait to come back.

Everything met needs, I would stay there again. My stay was fantastic of one night. I had brilliant food for breakfast at 08.30. The location was brilliant, in the Haymarket district and right next to a bus station. Furthermore, the area was beautiful.

Comfortable bed & FRESH breakfast. There's locanda de gusti within 15 minutes walk or so, loved their menu.

We could get everywhere using a railway station. WiFi and a kettle were a bonus. An easy walk to princes street. We can recommend the hotel
