Caring staff, functional room, in general I really enjoyed this quirky hotel. Booked a room with garden view. It was in a particularly good location, close to a bus station. Also, I had easy access to The Queen's Club.

The location was excellent and unbeatable, short walk to the stadium, Haymarket train station, bus stop and tram stop and Edinburgh by plane or train and easily accessible. The breakfast was included. The staff were attentive, provided us with helpful services.

Nicely equipped rooms, caring staff, our stay was very lovely here. Wi-Fi was free and the service was friendly. Besides, we parked the car on-site. This was a magnificent location adjacent to Edinburgh, Edinburgh Festival activities and buses. There was Jaipur of India near the hotel.

The property was beautiful old and we had a relaxing stay. The staff was very diligent and attentive and provided helpful service. The double room was functional and the bed was very comfy. The breakfast was delicious and great, a great selection of excellent food. Our location was marvellous and incredible, close to a bus station. Also, it was within a 25-minute walk from a combined museum.
Disappointing aspect was very small bathroom.

The hotel is fairly clean, has views on a neighbouring castle. It boasts marvellous location very close to Haymarket train station, bus stop and tram stop, a neighbouring castle, and bus stops. Haymarket district definitely deserves exploring.

The location was great and absolutely perfect on a neighbouring castle. I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this low-budget hotel because of the family ambience.
The bed was a bit hard, unfortunately.

Was a perfect base for weekend. Had 6 days in Edinburgh, spending our time here lovely. The location was marvellous and perfect as it was walk from a tram station. Also, the area was beautiful.

I stayed here 3 nights and greatly enjoyed it. The staff were attentive and helpful, and the free parking was available. The room I had was good sized and functional with large bedrooms as well as 3 single beds for 3 adults. The hotel was in a very central setting by walk to castle. Cafe Sandwich Culture located 1 km away was a nice surprise. Thanks to a helpful service I had a pleasant stay. Actually everything was good, my next choice again in Edinburgh.
