We had an excellent bedroom. The team provided a very good service. Also, we parked on site.

Great and lovely location, walking distance to business centres and embassies. Pubs and a stadium walking distance to it. Unforgettable views, enjoyable and delightful breakfast with the male chef, black pudding and Scottish dishes.

The room was family-friendly and great-sized and the amenities included a hair dryer, a chair, and beautiful windows. The staff were extremely friendly, thanks to them everything was nice.

The location was strategic, close to public transport. Besides, Saint Mary's Cathedral was easy to get to. The family queen suite was pet-friendly and brand-new. The view of the castle was astonishing and breakfast was delicious and hot.

This room was well-appointed and brand-new with a delightful view of the castle. I loved its nice style. Exceptionally nice location close enough to the main shopping street and major attractions like Edinburgh castle, and main shopping areas, I felt safe.

Wi-Fi connection was slow also the bed of mine was a little small.

The location was strategic happy to walk into the busier area rather than stay. It was also near to a Library with books from the past that was free to use and read books if desired, and tram stations and train stations.

The room was family-friendly and beautifully maintained with large bathroom, besides it had wake-up service, just in case. The location offered was good very close to all the attractions, the Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art, and a library. The service was absolutely excellent. All the staff were extremely friendly.

The location for Edinburgh was great and stunning, just off restaurants and library which was like something from Dumbledore's office. Moreover, it was just a short walk away from a grand townhouse. The breakfast was very good with an amazing view on the castle, and the food was brilliant.

I must comment on its central location - it was amazing. The airport is 15 km away, easy to reach.

The double room is compact with a view overlooking Dean Village, shower, as for instance. Staff is extremely friendly and really excellent and you can park your car onsite.

I loved the nice decor it had. The location in a nice quiet area was absolutely perfect and there were a main shopping street and a shopping street nearby. West End district was worth exploring.

The bed of mine was a little small.

Everything was modern, the best location just off Princes Street, the Castle and the West End, a Library with books from the past that was free to use and read books if desired and transport links-air coach, friendly professional staff.

Had central location central to most sites. It was also really close to the shops, bars and attractions as well as tubes.

The room is huge, luxurious and has castle views. The location is amazing and stunning, to the airport at 3 in the morning. It's near Waverley train station, a big tourist area and great restaurants, the tram, and the Royal Mile.

A bus station was within walking distance to place. Everything was nice, yet a few employees were very rude. We had an enjoyable meal in the morning and some amazing food at the library bar.

The perfect central hotel was brilliant. This was exactly the suite I wanted in Edinburgh. Everything was nice as expected, but the bathroom was poor. A double room with a superb view across Dean village, had requested this in advance. The restaurant was nice, terrific service, fabulous food. We were in a marvellous and decent location just a short stroll away from Water of Leith Walkway. The breakfast was delicious, the check in was early.

There was attentive and hard-working staff and the service was great. Booked the hotel for its handy location near Edinburgh as well as Haymarket train station.

Spend our time here nicely. The downtown is within 20 minutes' walk.

being within easy reach of scottish national gallery and near georgian house. one could dine at restaurants such as cafe braw 15 minutes away. the castle view was a bonus.

Location seemed great! The hotel was close to stockbridge market. Newington neighborhood definitely deserves your time and attention. We really enjoyed b+b edinburgh.
