The hotel's location is fantastic and wonderful with free parking. 28 minutes drive to the airport, it is located close enough to get to everything.

Was an excellent home base for city break. The location turned out to be magnificent and comfortable, near to Edinburgh, Dalriada Beach pub and Portobello beach. It also was on Portobello seafront. Affable staff that liked their guests.
