It was quaint and exceptionally comfortable and we would stay here again. It was an excellent place for our really really nice stay.

Clean venue with excellent and ideal location near the city center to be able to walk everywhere. Kind staff throughout.

The setting of hotel was absolutely perfect and excellent, very close to City Centre. The rooms were beautifully decorated with a nice view, great shower plus comfortable bed, and I had a very enjoyable stay overall.

There was brilliant food, the staff was excellent. The hotel exceeded all expectations, I would like to go back here again.

The room was comfortable and with soft beds. Walk in shower was nice and everything was wonderful. The location was great - near to the old town of Edinburgh, cinemas, shops, restaurants and Grassmarket or Princes Street. West End district was worth exploring.

The place is quaint and quiet and has particularly good location to everything Edinburgh has to offer. The rooms here are good-sized with comfortable beds.

Liked our 4 nights here. Actually, the room was spotless and well-equipped, it also had a shower, a hair dryer, and terry dressing gowns. The hotel was in a good position right by the Royal Mile/Castle, center and cinemas, theatres, cafes/pubs and parks.

Never had a better weekend before, everything was fine. The room was beautifully decorated and new-fashioned, with with great shower and newly refurbished bathroom. The hotel was in an ideal location, by public transport-wonderful.

Magnificent location in the local area, not far from Edinburgh Castle and town centre, transport links to the airport and City and Scotland. Plus, walking distance to Leamington Lift Bridge. Good-sized and brilliant room with reasonably large bathroom and hypoallergenic pillows.

We had a very comfy bed, a shower, a hair dryer and terry dressing gowns. That hotel was in a marvellous and brilliant location, close to bars and restaurants.

The venue was quiet, I appreciated the stay and the location was handy just off centre as well as the shopping streets and bars. The bed was soft and it was great having an electric kettle, central heating and television. The staff were amazing and kind hole time of my stay.

I had a BRILLIANT stay and would definitely return! I was offered a savoury and delicious breakfast with fresh ingredients and salmon fish cakes. The atmosphere created was quiet.

The place was fairly clean, I booked the double room with street views, everything was perfectly fine. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful and had a great selection of options.
