Charming hotel, wonderful breakfast, amazing value. Breakfast with a view of the castle. Perfect setting, just next door to the city centre, Princes Street and the beautiful botanic gardens.

Family room I stayed at was en suite. Accommodating staff, hot breakfast, had a really comfortable stay overall for my last 2 nights in Scotland. Marvellous and perfect location near to bus stops to city centre in both directions, Edinburgh center and Princes Street in the Heart of Edinburgh, I felt safe.

Thanks to pleasant staff I had a tidy family room with views of the castle.

Everything was amazing, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. There were nice beds and a work desk, coffee/tea making machines, and a TV in the king room. The breakfast was enjoyable and with hearty portions, the staff was pleasant and accommodating. This hotel had a residential position close to transport.

The family room was decent size with a big bathroom. Welcoming service, as the staff were pleasant.

The staff was pretty friendly with friendly services. The room we booked was high-class and reasonably large with the shower, a great view over Edinburgh, a big bathroom. The breakfast was good hot, there was a wide range of food to chose from.

The hotel had a residential location close to botanical garden. Also, it was 10 mins drive from Co-op Food. The double room was neat with the bathroom and double bed plus tea.

The hotel had a particularly good and fantastic position, to castle. Plus, we stayed just a short walk away from Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh. The food was good and there were a wide array of dishes in the menu.

This Victorian hotel is equal to 3 stars. Magnificent location, it is metres from a bus stop. Also, it is 5 minutes drive from a royal park. The staff are fairly friendly and affable.

We enjoyed staying here, the place met what was needed. The room was extremely spacious, with an internal bathroom. The breakfast was excellent with hearty portions and all the food was great. The location was marvellous by bus stop and the atmosphere was family.

Accommodating staff, fantastic views of Edinburgh skyline, everything is fine. Magnificent location close to center, bus stop and edinburgh sights, it's residential. Besides, we liked the lake, located within 20 mins walk of the hotel.

Every time in Edinburgh, I choose this place. Make sure you stay in the double room with the view of the garden. It has both amicable and pleasant staff. The location is easy, 2 km from Co-op Food.

The place had a QUIET atmosphere. Minutes from a bus station, the location was brilliant and easy. Apart from that, a Leith street was 5 minutes' drive away.

Tbh, had a very nice stay for our last 2 nights in Scotland. The location was fab and easy, the staff was attentive. Dined at Bengal Spice, it was within walking distance of the venue. Besides, our parking was nearby.

The setting is stunning and incredible, near to a quiet neighbourhood and the castle and north bridge. The employees are courteous and kind.
