The breakfast was great with scrabbled eggs and a bowl of lovely fresh fruit, for instance to choose from. Incredible and marvellous location down the hill from Carmichael was a plus. We were 200 metres away from Chicken Valley, that offered quick meals.

The standard king room was beautiful and perfect with a separate bath.

Everything was excellent, peaceful location close enough to old town to be able to walk, the staff were amicable.

The units are outstanding, large. The location is ideal and peaceful, minute walk from a train station.

The hotel was quiet, even so I stayed for 2 nights only. Booked a superior quadruple room with iron and ironing board, tea/coffee making equipment, and a work desk. The bed was very comfy, and the staff were amicable. I really enjoyed the perfect position of the property.

Accommodation was fairly large and great quality, beds were extremely comfy. Stayed for 3 days and did not want to leave there, I definitely want to stay in that area again.

Thanks a lot everyone for a very comfortable stay for a Christmas long weekend. I booked immaculately clean room, that was offered with nice furnishings as well as a good bathroom. Its location at a short distance from Madame Tussauds London was perfect and magnificent. The hotel was the best base for enjoying a quiet area. Distance to the airport was just 0.5 km.

The units are brand-new and reasonably large on bedside locker. The location is peaceful, minute walk from the train station. It has helpful staff.

The location was particularly good and stunning, short walk to local sites, a taxi, and a quiet area. Cafe Cafe Braw located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

My favourite property in Edinburgh. Variety of appetising food at breakfast time. Very kind personnel and marvellous and pleasant location close enough to old town to be able to walk. Based near the hill, Murrayfield and city centre and town centre.

The location is marvellous and beautiful, it's not far from a quiet area 30min walk from the historic centre and rather than a bus. The staff are amiable and welcoming, we really enjoyed them.

We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 1 night, though everything was wonderful. It was short walk to a taxi back from the Pleasance Courtyard which is about 2.5 miles away on the other side of the city, centre, and Attractions, pleasant location overall.

It was an incredible location close to taxi and bus stop. Besides, the property was 2 km away from a green Flag park. I asked for standard double room, it was beautiful and outstanding.

There was delicious food, the staff was amicable. It took only 10 minutes to walk to Orchard Road South bus stop.

It was a fairly nice stay for a Christmas long weekend. The location of the hotel was picturesque, close enough to old town to be able to walk. We could drink something at Roseburn Bar, located 1 km away😀

The location was pleasant, and we could reach Murrayfield Parish church by walking.

Incredible location, 15 minutes' walk to a sports stadium. Positioned in the lovely area, near Edinburgh, the bus stop, and town centre.

The staff was WELCOMING and we would come back for sure. Very clean hotel and great value for money. The venue was a short way from the bus station called orchard road south.

Everything we needed, like dean village was placed within walking distance of the hotel. We enjoyed the room, it was large. For dinner we chose Vigo delicatessen, that was 700 metres from the property.
