The rooms were spotless with very comfortable beds, the staff were delightful. The location was great and fab in the decent area. Also, there was Leamington Lift Bridge near the venue.

Clean, trendy boutique hotel with helpful and amiable staff. Delicious breakfast with crumpets, Jamaican porridge and homemade jam - well worth the money. Fantastic stay during September.

The food is great and outstanding. The rooms are spacious and huge, equipped with central heating and an iron. Good location, it's set close enough to centre of Edinburgh, Grassmarket, and Princes Street, Edinburgh Castle ans tge Royal Mile.

It had an unbeatable and excellent location just next door to great cafes and restaurants, many restaurants and the centre of Edinburgh. Dined at Berger & Stak, it was not very far from the venue.

Recommend this inn. Comfortable bed and liked yummy breakfast. In the evening we visited the golf tavern it was nearby. Moreover, free Wi-Fi is available.
