The stay was absolutely such wonderful! This place was original and the staff was amicable and amazing. The location was comfortable and absolutely perfect, relatively close to Calton Hill. This hotel was located in a domestic area.

Convenient central location short walk to the nearby theatre which was a 10 minute stroll away, buses to the zoo and Scotland. The daily breakfast was generous with smoked salmon and black pudding.

Made to order breakfast with a wide range of options. Affable and helpful staff, neat double room. Comfortable location to get to a museum and a theatre located walking distance to the hotel. Walking distance to pubs and restaurants.

The twin/double room was spotless and had coffee, a TV set, and tea/coffee. The staff was amicable and helpful with advice and suggestions. The hotel had a convenient and perfect location in the nearby theatre which was a 10 minute stroll away. What's more, it was near so to the old town, St Andrews Golf course and a quiet area.

We do recommend it to all as staying here was wonderful! Beautiful room, sherlock holmes statue is nearby and there is free parking. We liked how close it was to royal yacht britannia. You can also visit la favorita pizzeria that offers excellent meals.

it is just a walk down to a bus stop. all the main sights, including leith are adjacent to the hotel. good location and decent rates.
