I had a VERY LOVELY stay and would come here again! For me it was a comfy and nice little place to stay. The location was magnificent and good - just a walk down to everywhere I wanted to go.

It's a comfy hotel in the gorgeous building. The rooms are beautifully maintained and fabulous with garden access and our experience is really enjoyable. The staff is amiable, as well as host. Would like to stay there on the next trip, nothing too much trouble, thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

the room was immaculate, had essentials, like a shower, a hair dryer and soft bathrobes. our window overlooked garden. the hotel was in a peaceful location, in a quiet neighborhood. further, it was just next door to edinburgh city centre, murrayfield and edinburgh.

The property was comfy. The staff was great and the host too. The location was unbeatable, not far from the airport, bus stop and a garden, in a peaceful area. It was within walking distance of Roberto's, serving fast food.

We think it's a fine base for staying in Edinburgh. Booked a queen room with a heating system, an ironing set and a dining area;)))
