The staff were very friendly and welcoming from arrival to departure. I liked the room, the bed was extra large.

Bright & modern rooms with tea, large bathroom and coffee. With an electric kettle, refrigerators, and glassware.

The room was elegant and absolutely perfect, with good facilities.

Wonderful overall experience. Well-maintained place, excellent food offered for full Scottish breakfast. Immaculately clean and huge rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds, an electric kettle, central heating, and an iron. The views over city.

The rooms are big size with fresh milk on offer, so that guests have essentials. There are coffee/tea makers, refrigerators, and glassware. Would come here again, an excellent stay for a business trip.

If need be, I would definitely go back cos it met every demand. The breakfast is delicious and tasty, and the location is amazing near to the zoo on the Sunday which is a way out of town and restaurants, bars and the centre.

I had 3 nights in Edinburgh, spending the time here lovely. All of the staff was helpful and amicable. Delicious breakfast with organic products was available. As for me, the location was perfect, very close to cafes and restaurants as well as good bars and restaurants in the near vicinity.

What a really enjoyable stay, no reason to complain. Well-maintained and absolutely gorgeous accommodation with ideal setting really close to historic city sights as well as bus stop. Early check-in, parking nearby. Free Wi-Fi provided.

The room was huge and had a view to garden. The hotel was in the central setting to Princess Street. After long day I visited The Ox for a couple of drinks. The full Scottish breakfast was tasty and sensational, loved its service.

The venue is clean, with peaceful and handy location just off historic city sights and residential area. The room is tidy, huge and has garden views.

The venue is placed in a central position easy on the tram from the Airport. For tea and goodies visit Wild Bean Cafe, located close by. Thank you for a perfect stay:)))

The stuff was affable and we would stay here again. The total stay was absolutely amazing during our visit. The location of the hotel was unbeatable - at a walking distance from Co-op Food. Besides, it was close enough to Edinburgh.

The venue was well-maintained, I enjoyed the stay and the location was HANDY really close to downtown and Old/New City, the central train station and the Royal Mile and many good restaurants & pubs. All the staff was welcoming and amicable, fixed my issues. The breakfast was delicious and savoury with muffins and yogurt, for example and the restaurant food was excellent.

The staff were amazing, magnificent and incredible location near all transport. We got a room with a bath.

It was a really really nice stay for a business trip. There were a work desk, tea and coffee making facilities, and television in the room, loved that. The window of my double room was facing garden.

The hotel met the purpose. Had a pleasant stay during our visit. Amazing team, they made us feel welcome. We had a spotless room with extra large bed and tea.

The hotel is in a quiet area. We would definitely recommend the restaurant next to the property, it was good. Besides, we parked the car nearby.
