The breakfast was delicious and good with variety of products.

The breakfast had variety of selection, the food was brilliant. The location was comfortable, at a walking distance from an art museum. It was set in a nice quiet area.

It was fairly clean and the atmosphere was family all around. Loved the family room and the way it was setup.

The staff was great and nice and the place was fairly clean. We spent 4 nights in spacious family room with private bathroom. The breakfast was great and the best we had.

The beds were extremely comfy and each great value for money room had a fireplace, central heating, and an iron/ironing board. A bathtub in the own bathroom was a plus.

The breakfast looked delicious, unfortunately we were in a hurry and didn't try it. The hotel had a quiet and perfect location minutes from Bessborough Gardens.

The experience was great, would like to stay longer. The property was quiet with amicable staff. The breakfast was great and had plenty of meals. Lovely and excellent location by frequent buses, met needs well. What's more, it was right by the garden and the bowling field, the town centre and St Andrews.

We had the triple room with a comfortable bed. It was large and had a splendid view to the garden and the bowling field.

Its location minutes from Craigmillar Park Church was quiet and perfect. It was located minutes from a bus stop giving access to many Edinburgh attractions.

Hotel's location was marvellous and super, in a lovely residential area with superb frequent busses into Edinburgh nearby-ideal. We truly enjoyed the breakfast, it was satisfactory.

Shame the bathroom was tiny.

En suite, large room with such splendid views, private bathroom and the garden, and affable staff. Quiet and perfect location to Edinburgh airport, just 22 minutes by car. Based in a very nice area.

The hotel was spacious, and the meals were brilliant, I loved the exceptionally nice location close to the the City Center, great public transport connections and friendly host and St Andrews. My family room was good value for money with private bathroom. The vibe here was family. My stay was pleasant overnight here.

The room is tidy and with a fireplace, central heating and an iron/ironing board. The atmosphere of the hotel is family! The location is unbeatable, 3 km from Cross. It is found in a nice quiet area just next door to the town centre and Arthurs Seat.

Our whole experience was WONDERFUL, would definitely recommend. Really enjoyed the way our single room was arranged. You'll need 15 minutes to walk to the old bell inn with nice drinks.

a good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like jade palace that was only 10 minutes' walk away. we loved the lovely view. close proximity to greyfriars kirkyard. we could easily park nearby.
