My double room was en suite, truly enjoyed it.

The room was spacious and huge with nice bathroom, the staff were affable.

The hotel was in a perfect and marvellous location not far from early trains as well as center. Incredible breakfast, we greatly enjoyed toast and fruit.

We loved this hotel, it was clean with an excellent and friendly staff.

I loved the place, it was clean & the staff were amicable. The location was perfect and excellent in a very nice quiet area, close enough to the Castle from the property, a beautiful garden and a bus to the city centre. Plus, the hotel was near Holland & Barrett Pimlico.

Exceptionally nice staff, en suite twin room. Toast and fruit available for breakfast. All in all good and excellent location, close to the Sandilands Guest House.

The venue was beautifully designed and stunningly beautiful, I greatly enjoyed the location very close to the bus stop, and garden views. The breakfast was wonderful with lots of good food on offer. Booked a twin room with an electric kettle, a mini-fridge-bar, and central heating. The staff and the owner were all helpful and exceptionally nice. Had particularly good location late to catch early trains, just next door to The Grave of a Nazi Dog.

It made my trip to Edinburgh an extra special experience. It was clean, breakfast was hot and delicious.

Really enjoyed every detail about my lovely 2 nights stay here. Tried appetising toast and fruit. The location was particularly good, close to Royal Victoria Hospital. No reason to complain, the hotel met expectation.

The beds were very comfy and the whole room was immaculate and airy.

The room was spotless with nice bathroom included. The location was peaceful and brilliant, just next door to a nice area for parking, the city centre and main attractions.

The time I spent there was such great! Had good sleep at the double room. Fruit and toast where better than expected. Enjoyed the location close to bus stop into city.

I came here with my husband. The staff was amiable, always on hand when needed. The breakfast had plenty of options: fruit and toast.

Stayed here for 2 days, loved the hotel, it was clean with marvellous location late to catch early trains. We received ironing for free, a nice bonus...

i spent 2 nights here and appreciated that. i had a great stay at this traditional hotel. the staff were affable and kept the place fairly clean. i slept so comfy in the exceptionally comfortable bed. plus, i could reach a shopping mall within walking distance of the property.

Fresh fruit and toast served for breakfast were delicious. The double room was bright and immaculate, with a multi-channel TV, a dining area and a seating area. I liked staying here and would come here again.

the hotel is housed in an lovely building next to master of the universe. easy access to edinburgh castle. free parking on site was provided. we really enjoyed sandilands guest house from the moment we entered.

Plenty of options for one night. Only a short distance to Ronaq Restaurant, where you can have lunch. Excellent place for weekend in Edinburgh:)))
