The location was great; a short walk to a gallery and a castle. The hotel was placed 15 km away from the airport.

We had a clean bedroom. The staff was responsive all day long. Ideal central location not far from all the major attractions and restaurants close by as well as areas of interest- princess st.

Though everything was second to none, some of the staff were not very friendly.

The staff was very welcoming and pleasant, created a quiet atmosphere.

We had a very very good 2 nights stay. The venue was in a central location right by restaurants shops and grocery shops, Royal Mile and New Town and the Princes Street tram stop. Furthermore, it was not too far from Princes Street Gardens.

Quiet and brilliant hotel, spent our time here lovely. The entire staff were extremely helpful and attentive. We got the studio suite and it was silent. The location of the venue was absolutely perfect, easy to get to many attractions.

The room was good-sized, it had shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. Private bathroom was perfectly clean. The location in a shopping area was magnificent and perfect and there where a supermarket and a convenience shop nearby. Loved to be close to a bus station.

The location was marvellous, on restaurants around. We stopped by Brownie Box for coffee and treats, it was not too far from the hotel. The room turned out to be exceptional and bright with microwave and washer/dryer.

Quiet hotel in a good area near New Town and the Princes Street tram stop as well as all major attractions. Polite employees at reception desk, and great location. Besides, excellent for visiting a national art gallery.

Particularly good area, central location very close to the Royal Mile in 10 minutes, many restaurants in the area and restaurants shops and grocery shops.

I took a studio suite with a dishwasher, very comfy beds, for example.

The location is unbeatable n close to Waverley train station. There is cafe Debenhams Cafe, set 200 metres walk away. It's silent with comfortable beds and magnificent views.

Brilliant low-budget hotel, great views of the castle. Good sized units and very amiable staff at reception desk. Great food. Excellent and unbeatable position close to a bus station.

Apartment is silent, has a modern bathroom. You will find an electric kettle, a microwave, and an air conditioning. Very central location close enough to shops, bars and restaurants as well as the Princes Street tram stop, and bars and restaurants are close to the hotel. There's Kings Kebab House offering takeout just a short walk away from the venue.

We got a room with a bathtub. A lot of great food, we liked it.

Quiet hotel overall, is has exceptional service and fantastic location next to everything. The apartment is neat, we also really enjoyed lovely views. The bathroom is large, the beds are exceptionally comfortable, the staff are pleasant.

Have stayed at this absolutely brilliant hotel before and always had exceptional service. The staff was incredibly nice and incredible all the time. The location was great in a really quiet area, so close to Scott monument, many sights, restaurants and shops, and Edinburgh Including Princes St, Gardens and the castle. Moreover, it was within a close distance from a green Flag park.

Responsive employees with nice manners. Good area, comfortable location, just off City Tours buses as well as close to many shops and restaurants.

The hotel offers variety of food that was fab. Staff is really kind and kind and you can park your car on-site. The location is marvellous, close enough to the railway stations and the bus stations and Royal Yacht Britannia - couldn't be better.

Possibly the best and very delightful stay in the final 2 nights of our stay. Clean room with nice products. Modern facilities there. Marvellous location - not very far from George Street. A short walk to a gallery and a castle while being in the good area.

Quiet hotel with pleasant staff, it has incredible location to key Edinburgh sights. The service is exceptional, includes secure parking.

The location was marvellous, if you need to be a short walk to a gallery and a castle. Popped in Makars Gourmet Mash Bar for shots before sleep, it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue. The restaurant was great and the food was fab.

All in all everything was very good, had a such great stay in the final 2 nights of our stay. We had an apartment and it was extremely spacious with comfortable couch. We found the hotel's location great, so close to center.

Quiet accommodation with peaceful setting short walk to Edinburgh Waverly train station and Prince Street, Princes Street, George Street and Rose Street, and entertainment. Lots of fabulous food at breakfast time.

Well-appointed room with 2 bedrooms and, everything was second to none. The location of the hotel was excellent and comfortable - at a walking distance from a historic fortress.

Generally, the place was brilliant and had responsive and so efficient staff at reception desk. Near a bus station, it was a real bonus.

It is a quiet and absolutely brilliant property located in New Town district very close to lose to the train station and the best cafes. It has fab setting and really kind and kind staff at reception desk.

The views at this great budget hotel were nice. The room was exceptional and airy, we loved it. The accommodation had a central location in New Town.
