A decent size units with sofas, reading material plus comfortable bed, exceptional employees.

The continental breakfast is delicious with lots of meals. All in all they offer excellent service. It has secure parking, downstairs bar.

Great value and savoury selection for breakfast with a Tati cake and the black pudding, for example. Well-appointed rooms, fairly priced, with good mattress as well as sofa beds.

The venue is fairly clean, the staff is exceptional. We stay in double room quite often, it is functional and contemporary.

They offer particularly good and tasty breakfast with a Tati cake and toast, for example in the bar. The atmosphere is special, approachable and absolutely perfect staff in the lift with myself and another staff member.

The property is unique, it has exceptional and really good staff with the receptionist even helping me tie a tie. Double room is contemporary, has a perfectly clean bathroom. The restaurant serves wonderful Vietnamese food.

The hotel was nicely decorated and exceptional with friendly attentive staff members and a honesty bar. We liked the continental breakfast - delicious. All in all everything was very comfortable, nevertheless we had too small bathroom. The location was absolutely perfect, in the old downtown core, the view was particularly good, too.

The hotel was wonderful small and the staff was friendly efficient, it had handy location very close to cinema. The service was very good, I had 1 lovely nights here. Moreover, free Wi-Fi was available throughout the property.

Charming small hotel & fairly clean, its location is marvellous also close to tram for Edinburgh airport. The units are stylish, decent sized on bed sheet. The honesty bar is cosy, appreciated this place.

The friendly staff made a good impression. The rooms were lovely modern and extremely pleasant, especially those with the bedroom and bunk beds plus candles. The breakfast spread was lovely cooked and savoury with prosecco and toast and the usual pastries.

Had a pleasant 1 night-stay from the moment I checked-in. Very welcoming staff of the hotel with the receptionist even helping me tie a tie. It was recently refurbished and decent size room, the beds were very comfy.

Would stay here again, liked our real good stay here. It is well-equipped with single beds, good enough for one night.

That was great relaxing and lovely cosy hotel set in downstairs lounge area, really close to everything, including local bus to the airport and the " center ". The small double room we stayed in was lovely modern with huge bed. The cost was £ 59.

Enchanting hotel with excellent service and incredible location right by excellent restaurants, cinema and pubs, the train station and the tram stop and the castle or Prince's street.

Everything was good during 2 days, truly enjoyed its great location just next door to enough the City Centre, Edinburgh in particular, and local restaurants.

Suite was compact and recently refurbished had hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows. Fantastic very central location short walk to Really close to the castle and attractions such as Royal Mile. Besides, this hotel was located 2 km away from a green Flag park.

We were in a perfect and magnificent location just off rail links and trams/buses, Grassmarket, Haymarket and Princes Street and the '' center '' of all the tourist attractions.

Well, the area was weird overall.

Magnificent and brilliant location, to Edinburgh city centre.

We spent 4 nights and would stay here again. The venue is fairly clean, with marvellous and fab location not far from Edinburgh as well as Edinburgh Castle. The staff is exceptional, informative. They serve brilliant food, have lots of options to choose from.

We had 1 night in Edinburgh, spend our time here lovely. The downtown is within 20 minutes' walk. We loved our queen room with modern furniture.

It deserves its 3 stars. Room was good value.

Honesty bar is a very nice plus. Here we stayed near to some popular places such as greyfriars kirkyard
