Very nice stay, quiet and brilliant place. The guest room with double bed, facilities worked for us. Stunning setting, near the bus stop, restaurants and the castle. Really excellent base for short stay.

The staff is outstandingly accommodating, makes sure that the place is fairly clean. The building is absolutely brilliant and the rooms are spotless with especially the toilet, radiators, for instance. The breakfast is sensational, I really enjoyed it.

The staff was incredibly nice and pleasant, the accommodation was amazing and fairly clean. The hotel has great location near Carlton hill and transport. I checked out Edinburgh Old Town, that was set relatively close to the property.

Everything was very good, the service was welcoming. The bedroom was great-sized and stylish. Excellent breakfast with many food options, thoroughly enjoyed it. The location was perfect and excellent and the staff were very attentive.

It was located close to a train station, it was very convenient.

Comfortable modern place if you stay for one night. Stuff is very attentive and you can park your car on site. The breakfast was reasonably good, nice to have croissants, toast, cereals, and muffins.

Brilliant ideal central place, it has magnificent and incredible location so close to Princes Street and the Edinburgh Waverly station. The staff are welcoming and accommodating, giving their best to make the stay a really nice experience.

this hotel is equal to 3 stars. all in all, it was excellent base for traveling to edinburgh. we were offered single room with climate control and tv which were very good. greatly enjoyed that the venue was close enough to the train station, 15 minutes' walk.

Calton hill and other tourist destinations were situated just walking distance from this place. Staff was friendly and we liked our stay. Broughton neighborhood was definitely worth visiting...

It was so close to new town. Just 15 minutes' walk from Edinburgh Waverley train station. New Town district was worth staying in.
