A huge variety of fabulous food, I truly enjoyed it. Excellent and attentive staff who provided a really enjoyable stay. The location was comfortable and decent, close enough to town centre, bus station and restaurants and easily accessible.

The staff were attentive at all times, the rooms was a nice size.

Well-appointed units with huge windows overlooking Merchiston, a nice view, kettle. Ideal location convenient to get to on public transport. Plus, walking distance to Fountain Park.

The staff was motivated, the breakfast was nice, everything was perfect. The room was perfectly clean with an exceptionally comfortable bed and shower facilities, a hair dryer, and fresh towels in the bathroom.

The location offered was decent next to shops, the center and a very quiet traditional residential area. The twin room was well-appointed with comfy beds, huge windows overlooking Merchiston and hairdryer. The staff were extremely helpful the whole time of my stay.

The hotel is cute, exceptionally clean with a nice design. A special thanks to very very nice and polite staff. The breakfast is freshly cooked and generous, and the location is excellent very close to George Square, the national gallery, and nearby coffee shops.

The location was marvellous and brilliant - ease of access to King's Church Edinburgh. The staff were all accommodating and welcoming.

Perfectly clean hotel in an incredibly clean building short walk to the old town, the garden and the train station. The twin room with huge windows and a pretty powerful shower. The atmosphere is cosy with pleasant personnel. Very enjoyable stay, as always.

the place was fairly clean, compact rooms. we loved rooms with comfy beds. the location was best possible and unbeatable, near supermarkets as well as edinburgh. it also was to the national gallery.

The hotel was very close to shops, the airport and the train station thanks to its marvellous location. I got generous breakfasts with a nice view and the bacon which fell to dust when touched, for instance.

The hotel was clean and the location was brilliant to buses. Location: the property was not far from the city centre and bus stops. Found The Fountain with perfect drinks 400 metres away.

The rooms are tidy and inviting, with a single bed and a private bathroom plus hairdryer provided. All the staff members are attentive and affable.

The hotel location was marvellous next to buses for trips to the city centre. We had a lovely bedroom.

Excellent base for 7 nights. The hotel was cosy, had compact rooms. We appreciated the view of the city. Stopped by Cafe Florentin to get some coffee and treats, it's close to the venue, recommend.

Coffee shop was a short walk to the hotel. Venue has a very good location. We do recommend it as we loved this hotel...
