We were moved to a king room and had central heating, coffee/tea making equipment, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The location couldn't be more great close to public transport.

It was authentic, quiet and with view of arthur's seat.

Staff were amicable, atmosphere was family, it had unbeatable location very close to the city attractions and beautifull Edinburgh. Mentioned hotel met requests and my stay there was really good.

The hotel was in a marvellous and particularly good position adjacent to within reasonable walk from town centre, public transport and beautifull Edinburgh. We stayed for 2 nights here, loved Newington district.

I enjoyed the twin room with a private bathroom. They offered coffee, tea, and cookies for breakfast. Amazing position was an added bonus.

The hotel has a great location close to public transport. And it's nestled in a nice building near to the other buses towards South Bridge, within reasonable walk from town centre, and Edinburgh.

I had the double room which was fairly quiet with view of arthur's seat. The staff were amicable and the setting was ideal and magnificent. Even the Edinburgh airport was not so far, 24 minutes drive away.

I stayed for 5 nights here and had a real good time. I enjoyed having coffee, tea, and cookies in the morning. Nothing too much trouble, the venue exceeded high expectations.

The location was fantastic for exploring this peaceful area, close to the city centre in 20 minutes, the other buses towards South Bridge, and public transport. We had goodies and coffee at Beetroot Sauvage, it was located a couple of blocks away from the venue.

Worth its 3 stars. Really loved how FAMILY-FRIENDLY the property was. There was Fountainhall Road bus station, located just walking distance from the hotel, just in case. Everything in the room was very clean.
