The stuff where HELPFUL, the location was great and perfect. Neat rooms, the design was great.

Staff is immensely pleasant and welcoming and you can park your car onsite. Perfect and excellent location, a tram station is near the hotel. It provides excellent restaurant nearby.

It was nice comfy base for one night. Everything was nice and the staff was very very helpful and immensely pleasant. The food was delicious with plenty of alternatives.

Got immaculately clean and huge room with fridge and microwave as well as a 2 seater sofa bed - always come in handy. The breakfast had variety of selection, the food was appetising. The location was magnificent for everything that I needed.

The staff - very helpful and welcoming. Good-sized & neat unit with a 2 seater sofa bed squashed in which was where my son was suppose to sleep.

Our favourite, small hotel in Edinburgh with exceptionally pleasant staff. Very central location, just a short stroll away from a green Flag park. Located walk from a train station in a really quiet area.

The room was not only spotless, but huge too, and had an iron, a multi-channel television, and a lounge area. My bed was very comfy. The location was marvellous, really close to Edinburgh for a rugby match, perfect place to stay if going to Murrayfield, restaurants and castle and tram station, and the view was amazing! The staff was amicable and provided good service.

Hotel was nice, staff was excellent. Its location was great and absolutely perfect, just next door to restaurants. Also, Saint Mary's Cathedral was placed nearby. The room was spotless and large, had extremely comfy beds and amazing views. Everything was nice as expected, however the bathroom was poor.

Our stay was a real good experience. We liked this low-budget hotel. The staff were very very helpful and location was comfortable and decent. Also, Scottish Widows Bank Plc was set nearby. Magnificent restaurant served Indian specialities.

The location was great and perfect, next to Princes Street, Edinburgh Castle and a 10minute ride to Edinburgh Zoo, restaurants and castle, and tram station, in a tranquil area. Besides, it was 2 km away from Royal Mile.

The location was magnificent to all major sights in the city and the staff here was exceptionally pleasant. And we were adjacent to the train station, Edinburgh and haymarket.

The location was particularly good and ideal in a tranquil area, short walk to Edinburgh for a rugby match. Again, it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from a grand townhouse.

Liked this cheap hotel, would recomand. I came to Edinburgh for one night - everything was excellent. The location was incredible and decent, within walking distance of Co-op Food. They gave me double room with fridge, toiletries, as for instance. A shower, a hairdryer and guest toiletries were available there.
