Magnificent and lovely location very close to the Edinburgh botanic garden, the hotel is minute walk from a bus stop. The breakfast is great and the staff is excellent.

The breakfasts were always sensational and great with toast, fruit juice and muffins. All of the staff was super friendly and accommodating and attentive to guests.

The bathroom I had was a bit small.

The hotel serves coffee, tea, toast, cereals, and fruit for breakfast. The double room overlooks garden and includes coffee & tea making machines and glassware. It has beautiful and fantastic location next to an innovative gallery.

I greatly enjoyed staying here and would come here again. Check in was early, hotel was nice, locations was marvellous in a city centre. The rooms were bright and modern with a hair dryer, a kettle, and an iron. The breakfast always had excellent and great choices.

The breakfast had variety of food, like coffee, tea, toast, cereals, and fruit. The location was incredible: the main shopping centre and a main shopping street were within walking distance.

Overall it was a really really nice stay for a business trip or a short stay. I loved huge rooms with pathetic bathroom, big window, high ceiling. The staff were attentive and the wake up calls and ironing were free of charge. The location was stunning and incredible, not too far away from Charles Ii.

My stay was great for a business trip or a short stay. All the employees were informative and accommodating. I had reasonably priced room with big windows. I enjoyed that the design was nice. It had central location close to a private gallery. You could walk to shops and supermarkets.

The location was handy and fab: it took about 15 minutes to reach the downtown. There was a great restaurant within walking distance of the hotel. The offered breakfast was satisfactory and included plenty of options...

Everything was excellent, had a fairly nice stay for a business trip or a short stay. The location was stunning, for example, Co-op Food was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel. It was a quiet area, a holiday base for me.

Wake-up service, available in my single room, was a nice bonus. I appreciated garden view from my room. The location was unbeatable and stunning, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Co-op Food.

Sincerely, it was a very nice stay for my one night in Edinburgh attending a conference. It was in a central setting close to the the theatre. The staff were highly efficient at all times, the rooms was huge and bright.

The location was quiet and the room was very clean and okay. It is situated in a quiet street. Enjoyed dining at Shangri-La, set within 5 minutes' walk. It deserves its 3 stars.

Would recommend and would stay there again. You should definitely explore Broughton district, it's worth it. Excellent, outstanding rooms.

We greatly enjoyed having kitchenette. Totally a WONDERFUL experience. Within walking distance to The Ox, where you can have lunch.

Staying easy walk to everything we needed, like scott monument. Rooms were nice, they met expectation. Perfect for holiday. Nothing beats being in claremont guesthouse.
