The location was pleasant for me, close to bus stops. Moreover, it was just next door to less than a half hour's walk from the Old Town as well as neighbours or pubs. The breakfast I had was very good with bacon.

Staff were supper friendly, atmosphere was family, it had magnificent location just next door to the Old Town and Royal Mile, and restaurants. We stayed in the family room, the room was en suite and functional. Tasty and delicious breakfast, had eggs and bacon and more. The view was lovely, the service was good. Liked the location to the ' meadows '.

It was in a secluded location, in the lovely area of Bruntsfield.

I had a very pleasant stay at this lovely central hotel. I got double room for 3 nights with private bathroom, toiletries, tea, enjoyed it. Pleasant restaurant provided local dishes.

Pleasant location not too far from a parish church. Excellent service within 15 km of the airport. The double room with Wifi, a shared bathroom plus hot chocolate.

A FAMILY atmosphere, I liked it. The room I booked was adequate and huge, complete with shower.

Breakfast was satisfactory - plenty of food. Merchiston district definitely deserves exploring. So close to The Edinburgh Book Shop. Perfect for city break.

The hotel is housed in a gorgeous building right by margiotta warrender park. There's a bus stop a short way from the place❤❤
