The breakfast for cooked meal was served in the restaurant. For our christmas the location was good and perfect, right by tram, bars, and the centre, main attractions and restaurants. Also, it had easy access to Grand Central Hall.

The staff were efficient and extremely friendly too. The hotel room was huge and good modern with king size comfy bed as well as romantic decoration.

Everyone who worked there was knowledgeable and excellent. The hotel rooms were brand-new and a decent size with king size comfy bed and all the facilities.

I appreciated tea, fruit juice, croissants, pastries, and fruit in the morning.

I enjoyed the place, it was immaculately clean & the staff were really helpful and knowledgeable. Even though the shower pressure was low and I had to get used to it, the stay was perfect overall. The restaurant was very clean and food was outstanding.

We had a huge and cosy room in the very comfortable building. The breakfast had variety of tasty food and drinks.

It was short walk to Edinburgh castle, roadworks and places to drink, marvellous and ideal location overall. I appreciated neat and fabulous rooms with king size comfy bed and a large TV. The staff were accommodating and always pleasant and the wake up service and ironing were free of charge.

The food was savoury - I really enjoyed it. My double room was equipped with a safe, central heating and an iron.

Everything was very good, stunning location near to shops, Edinburgh airport, and the centre, pleasant staff. Multi-channel television, ironing facilities and a writing table were great. I appreciated spending time here.

Came here for 4 night stay, had a really really nice experience. The venue was set in the very central position so close to Edinburgh castle, the main attractions and Edinburgh. It also was very near to town centre. All the staff was welcoming and exceptional, resolved my issues. The food was reasonably priced and brilliant.

Everything was really good, KNOWLEDGEABLE staff, stunning location close to centre of Edinburgh, a Vue cinema, a John Lewis and a shopping mall. We spent 2 nights in double room with balcony, romantic decoration and a very comfortable bed. We really enjoyed the local cuisine in the restaurant.

This hotel was really close to such tourist places as calton hill. The location was excellent, with Mamma Roma Restaurant nearby.
