The breakfast was savoury, very good service. The superior room with great shower, a big shower & roll top bath plus view over the Links was ideal for our holiday.

Overall it was spotless and fashionable, with a separate bathroom.

The staff were consistently courteous and the facilities provided were quite modern. The service was good, the food was outstanding!

We were moved to a superior room and had coffee, a kettle, and Wi-Fi. The location of the hotel was central, not far from Leith Links which is a very good place, near Edinburgh City Center, the east coast, and the bus stop straight to Princess Street in 15minutes.

Ideal hotel, lovely views and location is magnificent close to "Ocean Terminal", pubs and a bus stop into the city. The double room is bright and huge. As for me the food is delicious, and they have a wide array of meals.

I loved spotless room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Interior was cosy. Hotel's location was great and handy, beside the park area of Leith links. Moreover, it was 4 km from Staines Moor Country Park.

Incredibly beautiful and absolutely fabulous hotel located right by both the centre of Edinburgh, the Christmas market and the park area of Leith links which offers a lovely view. Clean facilities in general, great location on bus line. Besides, very convenient to Mecca Bingo.

Overall had really great stay on a road trip. We asked for double room and it was bright with garden view.

The rooms were all neat and airy with large TV as well as a spectacular bathroom.

The setting of hotel was marvellous, in the conservatory overlooking the garden. Plus, it was close enough to harbour front, the festival, and all local bus routes/Edinburgh attractions. I greatly enjoyed the spotless and nice styled room and particularly well equipped bathroom.

This location was particularly good, not far from the Castle and old city area, 2 lovely Pubs close by to the Hotel, "Nauticus" and "The Lioness of Leith" and central Edinburgh or the east coast.

Nothing too much trouble, had a really nice stay on a road trip. The staff was incredibly nice, the breakfast was reasonably good, everything was excellant. The room was reasonably large and freshly renovated and having a hair dryer and an iron with ironing board in it was handy. Finally, the hotel's restaurant was pleasant.

All in all the hotel is charming little, it has attentive stuff and airy rooms. The property has a comfortable location, just off pubs as well as the centre of Edinburgh. A great bar does the trick.

The hotel was recently refurbished and well-maintained and in a central location. Also, the area was interesting.

Plus, the location is marvellous, minutes from an open grassy park. The rooms are freshly renovated and neat, and are complete with lovely cooked breakfast, shower, for example.

We were at the double room, it had nice view. Besides, the location was unbeatable and incredible for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of Tesco Express.

The breakfast was gorgeous and sensational with a view to the park. It was in a central location, right next to a bus stop. Cafe Cafe Praline located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

It's comfortable base for sightseeing and exploring Edinburgh.

We were there for 3 days, everything was nice, appreciated its peaceful location near center, Edinburgh and pubs. Nothing too much trouble, the venue met standards.

One of the dining options, Bijou was 5 mins walk away. A lovely place for exploring Edinburgh. Really close to the airport, 9 miles.

All in all a great experience. Breakfast was tasty - lots of dishes. We had a nice bedroom.
