We stayed in a functional queen room with shared bathrooms, super cleanliness, for instance. Really helpful and outstandingly accommodating staff, provided information if needed. The location was perfect and nice with lots of restaurants and cafes right at the doorstep.

Family room was brilliant for the showers, outstanding value. Had nice facilities like an electric kettle, central heating, and a multi-channel TV. The venue was set in the central position close to good pubs and restaurants, other supermarkets and the old town, area.

The place was fairly clean with a helpful and attentive staff. The stay certainly was very good value for money. We appreciated the local cuisine in the restaurant.

The room was large and offered a hair dryer and bath sheets, so that guests had essentials. Shared bathroom was excellent. The hotel was placed in the central location to Haymarket train station. Besides, we were just next door to Fringe festival.

Everything is fine here, had an enjoyable stay during the week day visit. The hotel rooms are good-sized and brand-new with bedrooms, the showers and super cleanliness. The restaurant is terrific.

The hotel of choice in Edinburgh. Straightforward and clean place, superbly friendly and amicable staff. Marvellous magnificent location, near to a market. Based so close to the Haymarket train station, which connects to downtown and the airport, buses and shops and good pubs and restaurants. Plenty of meals for breakfast, including eggs and bacon.

The rooms are exceptionally clean and airy, equipped with an electric kettle, central heating, and a TV. The beds are exceptionally comfortable and the staff is polite.

As for me, the location was exceptionally nice and unbeatable, really close to shop, restaurants, buses, conference centre and downtown and the airport.

Clean place, staff are kind, location is unbeatable. The units are airy, spotless. The decoration is modern. Haymarket district is worth looking into.
