The property was clean with affable and outstandingly accommodating staff. Breakfast with good strong coffee. Attentive service during our perfect stay.

It has perfect, good setting, just next door to the city center through the Holyrood Park, and taxi after a tiring trip from Europe. Don't forget to explore Duddingston district.

Excellent location and amazingly helpful staff were a definite plus. A bus station was right by the venue.

We loved the facilities offered by this beautiful old hotel. The breakfast served was really tasty, everything you could wish for, with taste nice and cereals. The location for our purpose was particularly good and excellent, in front of a bus stop.

Perfect and incredible location, the breakfast was great with cereals and bacon, for instance. The room was great-sized and newly furnished, and the bed was very comfy, would definitely book here again.

All in all everything was very good, had a good stay for a night. The rooms were tidy with private bathroom, the staff were amicable and exceptionally kind. It was tidy and had essentials I needed.

It was a downtown area in front of a bus station. The family room I got was complete with TV, tea plus cozy sofa. I had coffee/tea makers and a refrigerator.

Marvellous and incredible location not too far away from Meadowbank Sports Centre. Really kind staff throughout our stay. A huge variety of options for breakfast, lovely toast, eggs, and bacon.

The location in a crowded area was good and there were a market and shops nearby. The hotel also was in front of a bus station. The employees were incredibly nice and very polite.

The most important - great location to The city Center or to portobello near The Sea. Plenty of food options at a short distance from the venue. Airy room with tea, bathroom, as for instance and great breakfast to start the day. Eggs and bacon for breakfast.

Really enjoyed my very very good stay of 2 nights. I had breakfast in the dining room. This hotel was located in a central area just next door to the publulic transport, the center and Holyrood park and the city centre. Also, Royal Mile was 4 km away. Everything was perfect and met expectation.

The venue's position was central. The room was tidy with shower and coffee plus a sofa, could leave my car nearby.

Lovely old and homely hotel located in a nice quiet area near buses, portobello near The Sea and the citycenter. Delicious breakfast, gorgeous food choice. Outstandingly accommodating, welcoming people working here. Excellent location to a royal park.

The hotel had an incredible location on how to get to the town centre. The room was new-fashioned and perfect with a chair or a sofa, shower, for example, enjoyed it.

The location was central, adjacent to the town centre in 10 minutes, the old town and the Holyrood Park.

I spent 5 nights here and liked that. Everything was good, family ambience. Easy location and overall the staff was welcoming. Moreover, it was 2 km from an official residence.

Family king room was the best. There's a wide range of restaurants to choose from, like May Sum Chinese Takeaway, set within 15 minutes walk or so.

Good base for travelling to Edinburgh and exploring local places. I liked the private bathroom.

Holyrood park was within easy reach. A short way from Morrisons, where you can have lunch;)))
