All of the staff where especially helpful, affable.

The location was comfortable and nice and the staff members were excellent.

The breakfast was fine with milk and had plenty of food. Fantastic central location right by busstop, Old Town, and surrounded by bars/pubs.

I had a double room included with the kitchen, bathroom big, as example.

The location near tourist place was marvellous for us.

The time I spent there was really great! Accommodating and welcoming staff, who gave me awesome suggestions.

This was a perfect location next to the castle, many restaurants, bars and Royal Mile and central Edinburgh. Furthermore, the hotel was at a moderate distance from a long - standing tower.

Uncomfortable bathroom, Wi-Fi was bad, we were a little disappointed.

I liked how perfect and reasonably spacious the room was. The beds were very clean, like a cloud. As for me, the location was perfect and convenient, very close to the castle, royal mile and train station, and downtown for one or two night.

Everyone was very friendly and responsive as well as host. The hotel was in a perfect and comfortable position just off the train station, restraunts and bars, and most attractions in Edinburgh.

The breakfast was fine with cornflakes and jam, as for instance, so much to pick from.

Had perfect 10/10 1 night here. The room was quiet and neat, included with excellent communal kitchen. The employees were responsive all the time.

I loved being in this place. All in all everything was perfect, had a such wonderful stay for 2 nights. The breakfast offered a good choice of food and was fine. The rooms were tidy and mine was spacious with excellent communal kitchen, bathroom and comfy bed. The genuinely helpful and very amiable staff provided all the necessary info.

I was given a quiet room with bathroom, the kitchen, for instance. The staff was exceptionally nice and welcoming and the host too.

It was nice base for travelling to Edinburgh, I was glad to stay there. The staff was responsive, I will never forget them. I found the hotel's location perfect and exceptionally nice, very close to the old town and all the tourist attractions as well as Royal Mile. Also, I was around 10-15 minutes walk from a historic fortress.

Every time in Edinburgh, I choose this place. I would say it's handy base for staying and exploring Edinburgh. The staff are amazingly nice and the location is marvellous and nice in downtown for one or two night. Plus, it's in Old Town district, really close to royal mile and train station, Edinburgh for a short stay, and many restaurants, bars and Royal Mile.

It was in a marvellous and incredible location right in the center. Found Makars Gourmet Mash Bar with perfect drinks 500 metres away.

Had really great stay for 2 nights. Its location just a pleasant stroll away from a standing tower was great and incredible.

The hotel was in an ideal and convenient location very close to the center as well as the pub opposite the B & B. Got double room as expected, liked it.

We would stay here again, the venue met needs. Thank you for the VERY COMFORTABLE stay for 2 nights. Make sure to get standard double room with comfy bed, the kitchen and bathroom.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Everything was perfect, had a pleasant stay for 2 nights. The location was marvellous, a 10-15 minute walk from Co-op Food. The bar was pretty great.

The location was nice in comparison to other tourist hotspots, so close to a combined museum. And it was also close to the centre of the historic toon, many restaurants, bars and Royal Mile and bars and clubs. The double room was reasonably spacious, I felt like at home. Very clean beds, the staff were responsive and excellent.

The location was awesome, within walking distance of a Leith street. And the area was historic, short walk to the center, an alleyway and Old Town.
