Comfortable beds, well-equipped rooms. Easy check-in, late check-out, very friendly stuff. Quiet and handy location not far from the castle and Exhibition Centre, the Fountain Court, and the Castle and Royal Mile in a secure area.

Excellent service and the food is lovely. Compact and big size rooms, free Wi-Fi is a huge plus! We have to thank very pleasant and immensely pleasant staff for a very positive stay.

The best place to stay when in Edinburgh. Everything looks good. It's compact and soundproof with large bathrooms.

The food was brilliant with a huge variety of options. Our accommodation was set in a very central location close enough to the centre of town, the communal areas and the corridors and which is great for sleeping. Besides, the property was 2 km away from a combined museum.

The property has a good location, really close to the attractions in Edinburgh, the main tourist areas and shops and cafes. Also, it's 3 km away from a royal park.

The restaurant was small for evening meals, we ordered amazing dishes. The location was marvellous and incredible for walking around Saint Mary's Cathedral.

We came to Edinburgh for a short break, everything was fine. The staff was absolutely excellent and efficient, and with great personal attitude.

Every detail was really good and I liked it. The stuff were very knowledgeable, useful. The location was peaceful and absolutely perfect; not far from a museum and a theatre. All the dishes were great, nevertheless you can visit nearby Akva.

The stay here was brilliant for your Edinburgh visit. Actually the room was well-equipped with washing machine. Everything was fine, the staff were efficient. The food was fabulous, had a lot of options.

Everything was very good and loved my stay there. The breakfast had a great selection of selection, the food was fabulous. The location for Edinburgh was quiet and perfect, short walk to both Haymarket and Princess street, supermarkets nearby, and many restaurants, Tesco Express and bus stops. Also, a green Flag park was 2 km away.

Truly enjoyed our stay in this excellent hotel with the incredibly nice staff. We ate in the modest restaurant for evening meals which was reasonably priced. The private parking was on site, excellent service. Moreover, we had great internet.

We needed a place for a short break, everything was perfectly fine. Appreciated Edinburgh, the hotel was great nearer to Tesco express. The entire staff was absolutely excellent and efficient. The view was stunning, the service was exceptional. Besides, our parking was on site.

The room was spotless, soundproof in twin beds. A microwave oven, an electric kettle and fridges were a huge plus. It was surely a very positive stay for one night.

The food selection was gorgeous. The apartment was tiny with exceptionally comfortable beds. The location was great and incredible - just walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go. It took only 10 minutes to walk to Grove Street bus stop.

The hotel seems like a unique base for a city break. Rooms are fairly quiet and warm with much storage, the bedroom, for instance, food is brilliant. The location is marvellous and decent, 1 km from Tigerlily.

It became my favourite place to stay in Edinburgh. The staff were all exceptional, pleasant. Terrific services were available. Reasonable central location so close to Edinburgh, Edinburgh Castle and buses and shops. The bar was pretty comfortable.

Everything was good, I would recommend. Had a really comfortable stay for one night. The staff were welcoming and exceptional and check-in was easy. Its location was central, minutes from Genting Casino. Plus it was max 10 mins walk to the lake.

The whole experience was such great. The apartment was soundproof with real comfort, a fan plus beautiful bathrooms. This was a brilliant and fab location really close to bars and all the main attractions. Easily reached Ishka, located just a short walk away from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

Besides, the location was fab for our stay, within 10 minutes' walk of The Links. We found it in a great area close enough to the slope, all the main attractions and the zoo.
