Overall the room is huge, inviting and includes an iron and ironing board, 3 windows, and a kettle. The location is marvellous and lovely, a GREAT selection of cafés and nice cafes nearby. It is found in a lovely area.

Truly enjoyed the price of our double room and its essentials. The entire staff were pleasant and incredible. Marvellous position was an added bonus.

Fabulous, small property. Extremely spacious and airy hotel units with the bedroom, in the restaurant, as example. Excellent breakfast for vegetarians; courteous staff.

Ideal hotel, the staff were incredible, excellent service. The bed was big, the room was modern and airy. The location was magnificent, the breakfast was sensational. I ate at a great restaurant with warm food. The total experience was really really nice, I recommend.

The personnel were hard-working and responsive. The location was handy and decent, to the Apex Grass market, convenient to go everywhere. Plus, it had convenient access to Bessborough Gardens.

Facilities were useful, however Wi-Fi was very poor.

This accommodation was in the central location easy to reach from airport. We have booked twin room with in the restaurant, temperature control and outer bedding for 1 night.

Good food, service-minded and hard-working stuff from check-in to check-out. Decent and easy setting in the shopping area, right by Airport very close by, the tram stop which was very good for getting along to Princes Street quickly and Airlink 100 at Haymarket.

The breakfast is gorgeous, offered with nice dishes and hot meals, for example and served in the restaurant. The location is ideal and perfectly comfortable, it's so close to bustop in front of the door, trams and Airlink 100 at Haymarket and the bus stop for the airport bus.

The location was quiet and best possible there, in Grassmarket area. What's more, it was next to town center and train station, the tram and nearby restaurants/bars/ coffee shops.

The rooms were brand-new and air-conditioned with separate bathrooms. The location was peaceful and best possible, to transport for the airport, and the view was stunning, too.

Recommend this hotel to friends when they visit Edinburgh. It has marvellous and perfect location in West End district just next door to nearby restaurants/bars/ coffee shops, Waverly train station and Murrayfield and Princes Street.

Certainly a nice experience for rest in Edinburgh. Outstanding food, great and unbeatable location in easy walk of all attractions. Based near to the conference center, Edinburgh for business and Princes Street and the Royal Mile. Compact units with comfy chair.

The location was amazing and the staff was perfect and informative during the whole stay! There was café Cafe Noir, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel. There was a huge variety of cafés and nice cafes to choose from.

Its location is marvellous, close enough to Haymarket train staion as well as London, Edinburgh and Dundee, local area. West End district is worth your attention.

The weather was really warm, had really nice stay in a business trip. The location was marvellous and decent for me as it was short walk to the hotel's restaurant, Edinburgh city centre, and most areas down town.
