Very well mannered and attentive staff, brand-new classic double room. Magnificent and fantastic location and brilliant facilities.

Everything is very good here. The location is fantastic and stunning and they have parking on site. Plus it's set in the very very nice area.

Immaculately clean place with efficient and competent stuff members and gardens views. Gorgeous American breakfast options. Large bedroom. Location - marvellous, near Haymarket, surrounding areas, and Edinburgh's Old Town. Good service throughout. The ambience was comfortable.

The breakfast is cheap and incredible with fruit, hot dishes plus great healthy options, had everything you could imagine.

I didn't feel like leaving, so would recomand this hotel. Everything was modern, with competent and hospitable staff, met requests. The bedroom was lovely modern and stocked. The bed was big, used a living room and a storage space.

My room had not so great view.

It has very attentive stuff in assisting with carrying the luggage up several flights of stairs and amazing and stunning location in a great area. There is Gurkha Cafe & Restaurant nearby for a cup of coffee.

Got the same a nice size and well-kept classic twin room with view up a "edinburgh close " booked online, enjoyed that. The breakfast was good hot and cheap for vegetarians, with good food. The setting was incredible, really close to the main tourist attractions.

The room was well-appointed and well priced and had separate bathroom plus a microwave oven, tea and coffee making facilities, and fridges. The location was magnificent, overlooking the gardens. Appreciated food at Rosso, it's just a short walk away from the venue.

Everything was overall clean and fantastic. Nice hot and cheap breakfast with outstanding products. Amazing location close to the National Gallery of Scotland, in the very nice area.

Had a really good stay for one night, everything was superb. It was in a top and the best location close enough to so many sights, the castle and the old town and Beautiful part of the city.

The location was incredible, close to Christmas markets, in the very very nice area. I really enjoyed nearby Broadsheet Bistro, they had nice drinks. The classic double room was stocked and great quality for 3 ie sofa. The staff was particularly helpful, provided an easy check-in and a late check-out. The daily service was excellent! I found a coffee machine in the lobby.

Classic double room was top-class. The location was incredible and amazing, right in front of the city center, with a wonderful view. We had lunch at nearby Viva Mexico, tried their fast food options.

Every detail was modern and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The location in a very nice area was magnificent and fantastic and there were the Christmas market and a local bakery nearby. Moreover, the hotel was relatively near a historic fortress.

The hotel was in a quiet and top location right by great restaurants, the castle, shops, and museums and other attractions. The high quality room was a nice size and the bathroom was luxurious.

Attentive staff, fantastic views of the castle, everything is really good. The classic twin room is new-fashioned and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a fridge. Plus, the location is unbeatable and absolutely incredible, minutes from a historic fortress.

The hotel's position was amazing and stunning, near the centre of the Old Town here, Royal Mile, Edinburgh Castle, Waverley railway station and Princess street and a restaurant.

We ate at a nice restaurant for breakfast. The location was excellent: the Christmas market and a local bakery were within walking distance. Besides, a combined museum was 1 km away from the property.

We booked an apartment, it was top-class and tastefully decorated. The location was quiet and top, in the bistro next door with easy access to the Christmas market and a market. We could drink something at Whiski Rooms, located 1 km away.

Everything is modern here, had a very special stay during my visit. Glad I took executive queen studio, it was high standard and airy.

The location was perfect and prime right in the city center and the atmosphere was special. Also, Co-op Food was 1 km away, perfectly reachable. Booked classic twin room, that included a private safe, central heating and an iron. A bathtub was spotless and everything was lovely.

The location was unbeatable and prime, for example, The Real Mary King's Close was not too far from the hotel. What's more, it was near the restaurant, Edinburgh, and Scotland.

The restaurant was good for lunch here, I had amazing dishes. The bathroom was spotless with a shower, a hair dryer and bath sheets.

The classic double room was large with great beds. All the services were very good.

Liked the classic double room with wonderful views, wouldn't mind staying there all day. We were in a marvellous and stunning location a 10-15 minute walk from a combined museum. The hotel itself was in a fairly quiet area, not far from train station, and most things.

The staff were welcoming and accommodating yet not intrusive.

Possibly the best and perfect 10/10 stay during my visit. Efficient, pleasant staff towards all guests. Easy parking on site. Prime location in a perfect area, not far from the Old Town shops as well as the shops in the new town.
