Gladstone House

This classy hotel had magnificent views. We stayed in the double room and really enjoyed it. The bathroom was clean and it had a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets for our convenience. The venue was in an incredible location short walk to less than 10 minutes by foot by the Royal Mile, one of the "best attraction " in Edinburgh and Gladstone House.

There were fashionable, great-sized rooms with the garden, lovely decoration, for instance. Thanks to a very good service I had a brilliant stay.

Very good stay, we were there for 2 days. Reasonable location and overall the staff was very amiable. Moreover, it was close to good restaurants and pubs and the `` best attraction ''.

We were in a hurry, nevertheless the full Scottish breakfast looked enjoyable! Lovely location, it was right by public transport and restaurants.

The hotel is exceptionally comfortable and tidy, has pleasant views of the garden. The location is marvellous and the staff is accommodating. The pleasant restaurant with bar is a nice plus. It offers good services.

Gorgeous and very good breakfast with pancakes, toast and omelettes, very welcoming employees. Got well-designed and big size room with garden view, super comfy bed and excellent breakfast.

Possibly the best and really good stay for two nights. Incredible, good location in Newington district near the hill, the city center, and all the pubs and restaurants really close to the Gladstone house, as well others informations about where to go and the bus.

The location was ideal, you can visit St Anthony's Chapel by walking. The restaurant was good with bar, we ordered amazing dishes.

Stylish and GOOD-sized units available with the back garden, a great view plus a view into the back garden which was really well kept. Good, lovely location in the nice quiet area.

The property is nicely presented and the stuff is attentive. The units are fashionable, good sized with lovely decoration, the back garden, as for instance. The location is lovely and fantastic, just a short stroll away from The Meadows.

Overall it was tastefully decorated and nice cosy with nice views to the backyard.

Well presented and quiet place, fabulous food offered for full Scottish breakfast. Affable, accommodating people working here. Lovely beds, huge rooms and clean bath. Excellent location close to the University with restaurants nearby. A lot of food options approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue.

We had an en suite double room with a very comfy bed. The full Scottish breakfast was satisfactory, had lots of options.

I enjoyed this small hotel and stayed for 2 nights here. The room was kept very clean and available with the bathroom, lovely decoration, a view into the back garden. The restaurant was good with exceptional service and fabulous food. Actually everything was very good, my next choice again in Edinburgh.

A huge variety of outstanding food, we loved it. Stayed in tastefully decorated double room with view of Arthurs Seat and comfortable bed. Our hotel was in a fantastic location on a bus line that took us to central Edinburgh

Everything was very good, so were great views of the garden. The entire staff were attentive. The location was lovely near hop-on-hop off buses to central area, a short walk to a bus station. Newington district was worth visiting. I liked the lovely full Scottish breakfast.

The unit we got was huge with fabulouse breakfast and garden view plus the bathroom. An electric kettle and a fridge were nice.

Nice place to stay in Edinburgh, no reason to complain. Duddingston Loch is close to the hotel. Free parking on site was provided.
