The staff has always been really helpful and incredibly attentive, and the facilities were good. The provided service was great. The location turned out to be absolutely perfect, close to a very convenient bus line and easy walking distance to the Royal Mile and related environs, Edinburgh centre and center of town. Stopped by Cafe Noir to get some coffee and treats, it's a 4-6 minute walking distance from the venue, recommend.

The location was handy in a nice location-residential area and the staff here was courteous. Had tea and goodies at Beetroot Sauvage, nestled 1 km of the hotel. I was offered a room with lovely views of garden. A walk-in shower was fine and everything was great.
